I have been going to Family Dental Care for over 15 years. The office staff is great and Dr. Nouredine always takes the time to explain every procedure and answer any questions you might have.

Best and most pain-free dental experience I've ever had. The dentist, all staff & assistants were equally excellent in their work, and genuinely friendly, and kind. Dr. Nouredine demonstrated, in real terms, that he was more interested in my dental health than his bottom line. I'm really grateful for such excellent dental work done by the friendliest, most skilled team and the most adept and generous dentist I have encountered in all my years. I cannot recommend Dr. Nouredine highly enough. I guarantee you won't find a better dentist anywhere.

I have been going to Dr. Nouredine for over 30 years and wouldn't trust my mouth to anybody else. Professional and kind staff -everyone is so well trained and put you at ease immediately. All the latest equipment and a very high standard of care and knowledge. I highly recommend family dental and Dr. Hadi to anyone looking for a good quality dentist.

Dr. Hadi and his staff are very friendly and efficient! They get right to the work and did it with lots of encouragement towards me, which made me feel safe and happy! I was nervous to go but after this I will gladly keep him as my dentist!

There never seems to be a great experience at a Dentist office But my experience here was nice the staff got me rite in and got me through. I had no insurance and basically a walk in off the streets they helped me with a payment plan and did the intended work with no problem. Best facility I've been to and I'm not going to be afraid to return so I'll definitely be back

Dr. Berka is amazing - she knew of my dental anxiety and did a wonderful job keeping me posted on the crown procedure that I needed today. She made the experience alot less stressful and kept my mind at ease. The entire staff and her assistants were all top notch professional and very friendly. Thank you!

Dr. Nouredine was amazing. He did a great job to save my tooth by doing a very complicated build up of a crown that need it to have a post attached to hold the crown. He really knows the importance of keeping your own tooth and will do everything possible to facilitate that. The staff at the clinic is also amazing from the receptionist to the dental assistant everyone is super kind and professional. I really recommend them.

It was a privilege to have Lanae as my dental hygienist during my appointment. Experiencing tooth cleaning for decades, I must share my exceptional experience with anyone who cares to read this, how thrilled I am to have her for my dental hygienist. I had the best cleaning of my teeth ever! She took her time removing all the stains from my teeth beyond what I have ever experienced in my past. She was thoughtful and paid close attention to my comfort at all times. This was the most thorough cleaning of my life. What a beautiful smile I have to face the public. Thank you Lanae for helping me put my best smile forward. I will be back, again and again!

Dr. Hadi Nouredine's office has made me no longer terrified of visiting the dentist. The dentist my family went to, during my childhood, provided a traumatic experience for all of us, and has caused me to neglect my dental care throughout most of my adult life. That's why, even though one of my upper molars broke, months ago, and the nerve was exposed, making any cold or hot food or drink drive sharp pains up into my skull, I didn't make the time to find a dentist. I live in New York City, but am able to travel to the Portland area for work. My brother had such positive experiences with Dr. Nouredine's office that he emailed them to see if they could see me. The next time I visited town, I was NOT planning to see the dentist. I was not mentally prepared. But my tooth had kept me up all night, actually waking me up, for the first time since it broke, and the pain was both sharp and throbbing. Excruciating. My brother again emailed Dr. Nouredine's office, this time explaining that it seems emergent that I be seen. They called him the next day, saying that, although they were closing, soon, they could fit me in. I was having a laid-back afternoon of shopping at Goodwill with my sister, who was also visiting town, when my brother called to tell me it was fate that I was in Beaverton and that I REALLY SHOULD go to this dentist to either have a root canal or my tooth extracted, but at least x-rays. Again, I wasn't mentally prepared for this. The thought of going to a dentist to get my teeth cleaned makes me sweat. But I knew I had to at least try, and I was in so much pain, and they were willing to squeeze me into a very busy Friday. From the moment I walked into the building, all of the staff was kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. I didn't have my exact insurance info on hand; they looked it up for me. Each individual who aided in my care (must have been 7 different people, including the Dr.) made me feel cared for. Dr. Nouredine told me personally that they'd take good care of me. They worked with my insurance for the best possible outcome for me, financially. They made me physically comfortable. Then, due to my terrible dental genetics and how poorly I cared for this particular tooth, there was barely any hope. Probably any other dentist would have just pulled it, which would then present even more challenges for me. But Dr. Nouredine said, "We're gonna try and save it." He did try. And somehow, although this tooth and my roots were so difficult they were warping his dental instruments, he and his team persevered. They performed a root canal and a temporary filling, saving this horror-story of a tooth. For the first time in months, I can drink a glass of ice water! My tooth was only even kind of sore for a day and a half, and I didn't need much of the medication that was prescribed. I still need a crown, and to tackle the rest of my poor little mouth, but I'd go back tomorrow if I didn't have to work! Today, 5 days later, I celebrated with a frozen margarita and chomped on some pistachios (don't worry, Dr., I was still careful!). Big thanks to every individual involved in Dr. Hadi Nouredine's office, for shifting my perspective on the dental industry, for saving my tooth, for making me feel calm and cared for, and for working late ON A FRIDAY and then calling to check on me on Saturday!!!
