They were very kind with me. I was nervous at first about having a tooth removed and they helped me every step of the way with a positive attitude.

I was very pleased with my experience spent at Nottingham Oral Surgery. Dr. Brown was informative and the same day procedure went quick. I wasn't in any pain when the procedure was over

EXTREMELY, unprofessional. Cancelled my appointment three times in a row and once same day with a reschedule two months later after telling me my oral surgery was URGENT! Do not go here.

Friendly staff. Procedures and billing clearly explained. Effective surgery. They saw me twice after the initial surgery to remove projections at no additional charge.

I do not recommend this place for extractions. They are horrible. I did not like how I went in for my extractions and I chose the option to be put to sleep. They put me in the chair put this mask over my face they didn't thoroughly explain everything it was just multiple people in the room moving around and out of no where someone grabbed the mask from behind never introduced there self and I fell off to sleep. When you wake up they basically throw you out the door. No recovery nothing. I remember barely able to stand and mouth leaking. They should at least let you come to and be aware. If that wasn't bad enough two days in I was still having pain and I started to get a reaction to antibiotic I was told the doctor is not in the office it's nothing they can do. I also texted the number they text you from. Then a week go by and I still have a nagging pain like a ache I called and asked if I could get Motrin instead of Tylenol number 3 again was told no doctor is in the office. I told the front desk lady that this is unacceptable she then told me I will call the doctor after I told her I am familiar with this process and to keep telling me the doctor is out of the office is not helping me as there patient. She called me back and stated stop using the antibiotic. I still never got the Motrin. I called in on day 7 still having pain. She said I should come in. I went in and find out I had dry socket (was unfamiliar) but I do not smoke. I asked how do you get it or how to avoid it she stated it just happens put the medicine on the gauze and told me I was done. Still very little explaining or educating. Very nonchalant. Very uninformative. I would never trust these people again. Then after all that I get a call saying I owe them more money after being told what my insurance will pay and I paid what was my portion. They called me 2 weeks later saying it was coded differently they use a specific hcpc/cpt code and that was the one that wasn't covered which was my X-rays after they were aware I wasn't covered for X-rays for because I had already maxed that benefit that's why I had my dental office send them. Avoid this office choose someplace else. PLEASE!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Dr. Lyn, great guy, very professional, knowledgable, and knows his field. Generally staff Iis friendly. My major complaint is, BEING ILLEGALLY FORCED INTO A USELESS FACE DIAPER. THAT, IS ILLEGAL! As sovereign entities, we are NOT anyone's subjects, slaves, nor property, and being bullied, and harassed about wearing a useless, and actually DAMAGING PPE, IS ILLEGAL. 36 studies out, confirm the damage of wesring prolonged use. The US Constitution protects our rights. By forcing people, there are violations of USC 18 241, and 18 2331, section 802. The Nuremburg Code is also violated. This forced insanity that has ZERO science behind it, must end. Past time legal action be done to end this blanket illegal act in all medical facilities. The CDC IS NOT LAW MAKING, NOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. NOR IS THE NIH. The CDC is not even government, and have zero authority. Guidelines, mandates, are NOT laws. One star was removed from this review, because of this bullying.

Being very nervous about having 2 teeth pulled at the same time, I was very pleased with Dr Lyn. He did an amazing job and I'm very glad he was the doctor who helped me. Additionally, the staff of Nottingham were also great which includes the office staff and the wonderful tech who worked with the dentist. Thanks.

I recently got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous and anxious about it. However, everyone here made the experience easy and quick. From the nurses, to front desk to the doctor, everyone was super nice and awesome. I made a quick recovery as well. I highly recommend you go here if you need any oral surgery. They were top notch.

I Did not like it. They called me and asked me my insurance info on the phone. When I arrived, I was charged a 55 Co pay just for them to say my insurance won't cover all of it, and the CO pay is non-refundable. You could have told me this when you verified my insurance total money scam and waste of time tooth still in pain

My daughter went to have a tooth pulled versus a root canal and price was NEVER discussed prior. We went in and completed all the paperwork and then discussed the cost. It was determined that it was too expensive to have the extraction done as the root canal was half the price. They made her pay the "consultation fee" of $213 for something that could have been discussed prior to this since they had all of the information from her dentist. A complete sham of a business and at a time when people are struggling to make ends meet. This business is out there just ripping people off and manipulating the vulnerable.

So, here's the thing. I'm sure they are a nice office but I feel a warning to those disabled or mobility impaired is necessary. I did not see this info on their website nor was I told or asked anything at the time of appointment - although at that time I did explain much of moms health info. My mom moves slow, is on a walker, and brings oxygen with her. I was unable to safely get her into the office. If you're on your own you need to park behind the office and it's on a hill. You can then choose to go down the sidewalk or the stairs. Both seem pretty sketch if you're on a walker or wheelchair and especially if it is after oral surgery. If you're with someone (as I was with my mom today) you need to double park on a corner next to a busy road to get the patient in and then go park. Luckily this way avoids the stairs. However, still sketchy to need to double park just to get a disabled person in via a flat surface. Especially if they move slowly already. I went in and asked the office and was told come down the hill on the sidewalk or double park. I gave two stars instead of one because one lady did offer to help after I explained my situation thoroughly and asked to cancel my appointment . But given what seems like the lack of concern for mobility impaired individuals and the concern of how I would get my mom, walker, and oxygen back to the car (either double parking or wheeling her walker up a hill) I canceled the appointment. Again, I'm sure they are a well educated office capable of providing oral care and service. But I just wasn't comfortable they'd really be equipped to provide adequate care for my mom (many autoimmune issues and breathing problems) given the lack of concern for just getting in the door.
