Dr. Nosov completed her accreditation at The State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine where she graduated cum laude and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. During her academic career she achieved numerous awards and honors including, The USA Section Student Leadership Award, American Academy Of Oral Medicine, Delta Sigma Delta: Greatest proficiency in the field of Operative Dentistry, McIntee Scholarship, Tucker Scholarship, The Research Foundation of State of New York Award and the Colgate Travel Award. Dr. Nosov was also part of a team conducting research in periodontal disease, which was presented in Honolulu, Hawaii for the International Association of Dental research in 2003.
Dr. Nosov was granted several prestigious externships at Buffalo General Hospital, Kings County Hospital, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and at The University of Southern California under the supervision of world-renowned dentist Dr. Nowzari. She has also completed several post doctorate classes in Implant Dentistry and Bone Dynamics, at The State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nosov has gained indispensable experience by working withThe Dentists to the Stars'Dr. Lowenberg and Dr. Lituchy whose practice focuses on cosmetic dentistry and whose patients included Martha Stuart, Naomi Campbell and other famous faces. In her academic career she has worked under the guidance of Dr. McIntyre, who is a well-known and respected cosmetic dentist on the East Coast.
Today, Dr. Nosov is a member of the American Dental Association, American General Dentistry Association and the Nassau County Dental Society and a former member of the International Association for Dental Research.

A bone graft is a surgical procedure that replaces missing bone with material from the patient's own body or an artificial, synthetic, or natural substitute. The graft not only replaces missing bone, but also helps your body to regenerate its own bone. This new bone growth strengthens the grafted area by forming a bridge between your existing bone and the graft material. This bone loss can be reversed. Over time your own newly formed bone will replace much of the grafted material.
Over a period of time, the jawbone associated with missing teeth atrophies or is reabsorbed. This often leaves a condition in which there is poor quality and quantity of bone suitable for placement of dental implants. In these situations, most patients are not candidates for placement of dental implants.
We now have the ability to grow bone where needed. This gives us the opportunity to place implants of proper length and width, and it also gives us a chance to more effectively restore esthetic appearance and functionality.

I have been going to Dr.Nosov for 6 years now. Everything about this office is 5 star, from scheduling the appt., the visit (always pleasant) to walking out the door! From routine cleanings to bonding, I have had a great experience! Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Dr Julia Nosov for about 10 years now and I highly recommend her practice. Even though I've moved and now live about 45 minutes away I'm never going to a different dentist. Your teeth will be in good hands!

Dr Nosov and her staff makes "going to the dentist" a pleasant experience. The office is immaculate, and she sees you on time. If your appointment is for 1 PM, you are in the chair at 1 PM! Dr. Nosov is proficient in many different fields of dentistry. She, as well as her assistant, makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She explains the procedures to you and answers all your questions. I came to Dr. Nosov 3 years ago after my original dentist of 25 years retired. Today, my teeth never looked better!

Dr. Julia is awesome! She's a very knowledgeable dentist, gentle, and her prices are fair. The office is beautiful and her staff is very kind. I'm grateful to have found her after my old dentist retired. My aunt has even used her and will continue to do so.

Dr Nosov is an amazing dentist. I have been coming for years. I moved to FL recently and still come back to NY for regular visits. She is attentive, the office is spotless, equipment is modern, treatment is pain free, quality is awesome and prices are reasonable (I used to pay a lot more in NYC for the same quality work). Very happy.

You won't find a more gentle, knowledgeable Dentist! I have had a poor experience getting a wisdom tooth pulled; but when Dr. Nosov did one, it was a totally different method and experience. No pain and no swelling!
