Feels like they do things that they not suppose to do. Dentist claim need root canal and can't explain what's happening on my tooth, got second opinion and it's just deep cleaning and filling.

Norwood Family Dental is my third dentist in the area but my search for a good family dentist is over. They explain things. I don't feel like they're selling me some procedure I don't need. They are kind (and are so good with kids!). They have worked with me on scheduling and billing needs. Thank you, Norwood Family Dental.

Norwood Family Dental is my third dentist in the area but my search for a good family dentist is over. They explain things. I don't feel like they're selling me some procedure I don't need. After an episode of lack of response from the office, which seems to be related with their internal office management procedures, Dr. Cao called me back from my recent dental cleaning to follow up on my complaints about teeth being too sensitive after cleaning. The gesture is greatly appreciated and it shows that Dr. Cao is genuinely concerned about her patients. Thanks, Dr. Cao!
