Norwood Dental Care was founded over 50 years ago by Dr. Julian Trail. The clinic has evolved since then, keeping up with the latest technology and processes so that you receive the best possible care without losing the personal care from the hometown dentists. Our mission is to maintain Norwood Dental Care as Stanly Countys premier dental office by providing a world-class experience for our patients. Our team values and strives for incredible comprehensive dental care in a compassionate, professional and state-of-the-art environment. We have patients from 2 years old to 106! Our patients arent just from Norwood and Stanly County, we have patients in many adjacent counties such as Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Anson, and Cabarrus counties as well.
We want to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible. We offer coffee, tea, or water while you wait, provide IPads to fill out patient information, have TVs in the waiting room and in each operatory, and offer blankets if you get cold. You will always see smiling faces on all of our staff members!
Dr. Kevin Davis is excited to serve the community of Norwood. Dr. Davis was born and raised in Raleigh and earned his B.S. in business from UNCW where he graduated with honors. He was inspired to go to dental school through his time working with underserved patients in coastal North Carolina health clinics.
Dr. Davis earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temples Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is an active member in the ADA, North Carolina Dental Society, and he is Invisalign certified. He provides a wide array of procedures including fillings, dentures, crowns, extractions, and root canal therapies. He is committed to providing excellent care and strives to make patients as comfortable as possible each visit by explaining their options and helping them make the best decision for their unique situation.
When Dr. Davis isnt caring for patients, you can most likely find him spending time with his girlfriend Ashton and their two dogs Calypso a jack russell terrier & Parker a goldendoodle. He loves cooking (especially smoking meats), photography, skiing, traveling, and anything that can get him outside with the dogs, or in the water. Dr. Davis is excited about providing the best dental care to the Norwood community for years to come.
