We are visiting from out of town, and my son lost one of his bracket rubbers. I called them and they were so pleasant to speak with and have accepted us in to replace the rubber and gave my kids some goodies as well. That's what I call an amazing practice and great customer relation. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend them

For starters I'm just going to say Dr.Norwick and his staff are absolutely amazing! They're all so welcoming and always have the best attitude! They're also very professional when it comes to the work they do! Ashley's always got the best energy and takes care of everyone well! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else !

I couldn't be more happy with the results, my teeth are just how I imagined them to be. If I ever had a problem they would handle it with care. If your looking for a great orthodontist then Norwick orthodontics is the place for you.

I was first worried to go into a public clinic because of the pandemic we're having but Norwick dentistry definitely eased my worries! All the workers were very polite and gave guidelines to what to expect before coming in for an appointment, making sure everyone is 6 feet apart, wearing masks, and always taking everyone temperatures when coming into the building. Even when I had my teeth examined, all the workers followed the guidelines and made the appointment quick and simple. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Norwick as well he was very nice and caring especially with many plans that got delayed because of the pandemic.

I've been coming to Dr. Norwick for over a decade. Saying he takes care of you is an understatement. Dr. Norwick and his staff make you feel as if you're apart of their family. I definitely recommend coming to get any type of orthodontic work done.

I was a patient of Dr. Norwick for 2 years and in those two years I don't have a single bad thing to say about him or his practice. Everybody is amazing, down to the receptionist at the front desk. All of the assistants have such beautiful personalities so it makes your visit that much easier. Everybody is efficient, I've never been in his office for more than 45 minutes. And on top of that they have a beautiful, newly remodeled, reception area. With refreshments that you can indulge in while waiting. Last but not least and certainly the most important, I LOVE MY SMILE! If I could show you pictures I would, Dr. Norwick transformed my smile. I literally get compliments on a daily basis on how beautiful my teeth are and every time I say "Thanks Dr. Norwick!" As if it's some cheesy commercial but it's the absolute truth. I have him to thank for it. I can promise you that you have to look no further, you will be MORE than satisfied with your choice. And again, THANK YOU DR. NORWICK! You helping my smile has given me the confidence boost I didn't know I needed!

Norwick orthodontics is the best around. I'm very comfortable here. The people that work here couldn't be nicer. Everyone is always smiling and having a good time. Everyone is always very helpful and always willing to help you. If you have any questions they always have an answer.

This is an amazing orthodontics . Everyone that works there is so kind and happy! They are very professional and I have been going there for 4 years and all my sisters come here! Very clean and organized.

Such an amazing Orthodontics, I have been going there for 7 years now and every visit I have attended, I was well taken care of and all of my problems were solved with a positive environment. Not only was Dr. Kenneth amazing, but so were the orthodontists that work with him, all of them were skilled in handled every problem I have come in with. Totally recommend 10/10

Dr. Norwich and staff are great. My two daughter have been going there for 2 years. The staff is always professional and the office is always clean. If you're looking for a great orthodontist you will find it at Norwich Orthodontist.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent service and care you ALL have provided me these past 10 years! Not only have you made me feel comfortable each time I come in but you make me feel like im apart of the Norwick office family. Everyone ALWAYS has a smiling face, something nice to say, or a funny joke that makes me smile from ear to ear. I have always and will always recommend going to Norwick!! You wont find a more intelligent, compassionate, hilarious staff anywhere else. Even after me not having to come in for an appointment for the past few years, I came in today and was treated like I was just there yesterday! <3 much love for everyone there!!!

Norwick's Orthodontics is easily the best option in the whole Detroit metropolitan area. I've been going there since I was in elementary school, and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. The environment is very friendly and welcoming.
