My wife and I have been going to Norwich Smiles for many years. The dentists are excellent and the service is exceptional. We can't recommend them strongly enough.

Get this: I moved to Los Angeles years ago, where nearly every medical appointment feels like an impersonal, hurried cash grab. I've been a patient of Norwich Smiles Family Dentistry for eight years now, and I can say with absolute confidence that your overall health and well being, as well as safety and satisfaction of services are in great hands. The staff are not just interested in, but genuinely concerned for your oral health. Drs. Petropoulos and Heil, Office Manager Joann, their hygienists(I recently saw Christy-Great Job!)and their staff provide the utmost quality care. Been going there for years. Always a courteous and capable staff. Dr Heil is excellent and entertaining. He works fast and everything usually turns out ok. Scheduling goes smoothly and everyone observes covid protocols. I recommend this practice to anyone. They will spread out the x-ray intervals of you ask. ( That's been my preference)

I have been attending this office for about 15 years and I cannot overstate how great it is. Dr. Petropoulos is my primary dentist. He is such a kind and gentle man, and a wonderful dentist, I am always at ease in the chair. My hygienist, Rose, has become a friend, she is so sweet and funny, I love seeing her. The office staff are all wonderful, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and understanding. If you are looking for a dentist where you will actually enjoy your visit and feel good about your dental care, this is the office for you.

Just wanted to share I had a lovely experience there. Regarding covid policies I think some medical facilities miss the mark and end up making you feel like a nuisance, but norwich smiles covid policies and cleaning made me feel like it's for me, not because of me. My hygienist Christie was dedicated to doing a thorough cleaning even with a sense of busyness in the halls and waiting room she wasn't going to cut my appointment short. Dr Petropailos was friendly, and went through all of my concerns without trying to upsell me on procedures I don't need. Honestly the best experience you could ask for at a dentist.

We switched to Dr. Heil as a family about a year ago. It was the best decision! The entire staff is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Heil has an amazing bedside manner and it's clear his staff enjoys working with him. Also the hygienist Rose is phenomenal. I highly recommend this practice and am so thankful we switched to them.

a Joanne answer the phone today rude and completely unprofessional. I hope the management reaches out to Joanne regarding her professionalism. This is not the first time she's rude over the telephone and short with her tone of voice.
