I have an appointment scheduled for my first cleaning here a few months from now, I'm new to the area. But I had an incident and chipped my front tooth so I scheduled another emergency appointment. They saw me on very short notice and I told them due to the emergency I had nobody to watch my toddlers so I asked if they could come to the appointment in their stroller. They said no problem! When I arrived my kids were getting restless they were helpful and the receptionist engaged with the kids a little as a distraction. They were SO nice about them being there even as I got an x-ray and saw the doctor. It's really hard being a stay at home mom sometimes but this office made me feel really supported. It was really not fun having my tooth chipped but they helped it be a little less crummy. I appreciate them very much and look forward to my cleaning in a few months! I'd highly recommend the doctor and the support staff!

The staff is always friendly and they make you feel welcome. The office is clean and the dentists and hygienists are attentive and informative.

Dr Yousuf is an amazing dentist. He is always positive and practical when assessing and reviewing my teeth and dental needs. Liza is very personable and always makes having my teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Norwich Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Had a dental cleaning here today and I would highly recommend them for your next dental visit. All of the staff were friendly and passionate about their profession. It was nice knowing that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and I felt the quality of my dental care was placed in good hands. They offer an affordable membership plan for those without dental insurance which covers most of the services you would need to ensure a healthy mouth. If you're seeking a new team of dental professionals, give them the opportunity to work with you. Thanks!

Honestly the best ever!!!! Great staff, Awesome hygienist Lauren is so nice and the Doctor is so amazing and personable and gentle. Did two fillings right before work no Novocain!!!!! Had breakfast right after hahah. Stop looking book an Appointment now <3

I had a wonderful experience today with Liza, my Dental Hygienist and my dentist, Dr Palumbo. They were very efficient in what they both did today and my visit was a total pleasure. Liza made me feel extremely comfortable during my X-ray and cleaning.

I've had the worst experiences in my dental journey through my life since I was little. I have to say this was the absolute best experience, they fixed my tooth right then and there, eased my anxiety by keeping me informed. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. This is a great place.. I also don't know any other Dr who calls their patients the next day to check up on you.. but they do! I love that, makes me feel like a person and not just a number. If you need dental work, I'd say this should be your first choice!

Been going here for years and the service I get never disappoints!! My Dental Hygienist Liza is amazing, always gentle, and does a great job!! My dentist Dr Yousuff, very thorough and so down to earth!! All the staff is very inviting and friendly.

Liza is a fantastic "cleaner" of my teeth! She is not the normal person who digs and hurts. I actually leave there feeling clean and happy. And Sami, well.... he's the best dentist EVER!!!! LOVE YOU ALL! Let's not forget Jamie. Keep doing what you're doing. You are GREAT!!

My experience started with the first phone call. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. My first appointment was with Dr. YOUSUF and Michelle. I was greeted with compassion and professionalism. They made a great team!! I'm a retired Dental Assistant and know what to look for in a Dental Office. I highly recommended this Dental Office!
