I have been very fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Edward Yates since 2004. He has taken exceptional care of me and my family, particularly providing my children with the most amazing smiles! His pain management is amazing, I have never experienced any discomfort during the root canals and crowns that he has performed for me. His technology is outstanding, crowns are completed in one visit. Dr. Yates and his staff are outstanding!

The dental practice of Dr. Yates & his staff have provided me amazing service for so many years. They are so professional explaining any needed the procedures but also so friendly. For services they don't provide they have excellent referrals. They really care about you & it is appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Yates for both young & older patients.

I have been with Dr. Yates for over 15 years. Through those many years of check-ups and and dental care, I have never once had a bad experience with Dr. Yates or his staff. They are always professional and wonderful! My whole family is under their dental care. Thank you Dr. Yates and staff. You truly are amazing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yates and he and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have always felt very comfortable going there for any procedures I have had done there. I am always well informed and the staff is very accommodating! I would recommend Dr. Yates as a dentist for the professionalism and experience, you will not be disappointed! He also offers so many extra services that many dentists do not offer. Great crew at Norwich Aesthetic Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yates since he came to Norwich. I have had the full gamut of dental procedures - cleanings, extractions, root canals and implants. Dr. Yates and his team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and always friendly. He can handle most dental problems (and treats with an outstanding degree of care and attention to detail) and if he can't do the procedure, then he refers you out to the best specialists in the area to solve the problem. If you become a patient of Dr. Yates, then you will have the second best experience in a reclined position in your life. ;-)

I have been seeing Dr. Yates for many years and have had many procedures both minor and major. The staff is always friendly and maintains the utmost professionalism. Dr. Yates is meticulous and always explains what he is going to do and why. You can see he has an enthusiasm and passion for what he does. I trust him completely for my dental care.

I've been seeing Dr. Yates at Norwich Aesthetic Dentistry since I was a kid. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is a bit cheesy to say, but it's true: I really feel like I'm going to visit my strangely tooth obsessed uncle and aunties whenever I go to get my teeth cleaned. Would recommend :)

We have utilized Norwich Aesthetic Dentistry for the past 20+ years for all of our dental needs. Kathy is a pleasure to deal with and is always accommodating to our crazy schedules. Also- Great experience with Johanna. She is so gentle and careful. My teeth and mouth feel great when she is done working with me.
