Born and raised in the city of Astoria located in Queens, NY, Dr. Steve Giannoutsos (Dr. Steve) attended NYU College of Dentistry for his DDS and continued his education to become an orthodontist by attending NYU College of Dentistry, Orthodontics. His passion for continuing education did not stop there, and received training at the NYU School of Medicine Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and is currently an orthodontic craniofacial fellow.
Dr. Steve joined Georgetown Orthodontics and Norwalk Orthodontics in 2008. He enjoys working with his colleagues, patients, and parents in helping achieve a perfect smile. Dr. Steve believes that orthodontic care is a form of art on the human body that is performed through the teeth. Seeing nervous patients who have been embarrassed by their smile for years finally spread their wings and regain confidence after orthodontic care is the joy that brings him to the office every day!
Dr. Benjamin Pai, or Dr. Ben, as his patients call him, was born and raised in Taiwan. He received his MS and DMD degrees, then participated in continuing education for Invisalign, surgery, and esthetics. He enjoys the dental and orthodontic profession because it is a combination of art and science.
Dr. Ben joined the practice in 2020 and loves helping his patients enjoy their smiles and improving their quality of life. His patients and colleagues are what bring him back into the office every day.

Front office is always pleasant. Dr. G. and Dr. Ben along with their technicians are great! They are professional, the work they've done with my teeth is unbelievable! I can't believe the difference the braces have made in just a few months!

Dr.Gi and Dr. Ben are the best! They are kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't trust my kids teeth to anyone else!

The Best! Dr. G and his staff work so hard to insure every single customer gets the absolute best treatment. Such a wonderful practice! From the very beginning of the braces process they were super informative explaining everything and what to expect through out the process, they were very patient with all of our questions and went over every option my son had. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and especially Dr.Giannoutsos have been so caring! We have recommended this practice to several people already and will continue to do so!!

Dr G and his staff are as AMAZING. Our experience through the year and a half we went there was always great. Friendly, efficient. clean and most importantly they discuss and explain everything that is going on so you understand what is going on. And their prices are so reasonable! No hidden anything.
