My mom had a procedure here with Dr.Lim. Service here was less than optimal. The front desk staff seemed very disorganized and confused and Dr. Lim had poor bedside manner with my mother. She seemed in a rush, failed to give her any after procedure instructions, nor did she seem very pleased that we were asking the follow up questions for care. They have no answering service and my mom is in excruciating pain. This place needs a total overhaul especially in providing excellent customer service.

Dr Larry and the entire staff took such good care of me. I cracked a tooth on a Sunday night and I was offered an appt the next day. I ended up coming in about 48 hours later and the entire staff was so professional and caring and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend this dental group to anyone. Horrible service. They lied about what needed to be done and every time I thought I would be in better shape, there was some new $500 wrinkle. Every problem requires talking to an office manager who spends several days to get back to you. They take zero responsibility for bad work. Any dentist would be better than this one.

The dental hygienist, Sydney, at the office, was great, I had no problems, what so ever, and of course the Dr. Lum, ( I think that's how you, spell it) is always woderful, the staff always is.

I have been going to Northwestern Dental my entire life. Even when I moved out of state I always flew home for my regular cleanings with Robin, my favorite hygienist! Everyone is always upbeat & I genuinely like going to the dentist. I have seen Dr. Khoury since she took over the Northwestern Dental practice & always love seeing her. She is kind, personable, funny, caring & amazing at her profession. She always has answers to any of my questions & I know I am in good hands when I am in the office. Besides regular check-ups, Dr. Khoury has done cosmetic work for me (caps protecting my gums & front two teeth) & it is the best work I have ever had with this procedure. She is gentle, talks you through everything, makes sure your comfortable the entire time & is quick! I was in & out in less than hour.

Dr. khoury's is hands down the best dentist in town! I drive an hour to see her and she's definitely worth the drive! She's very professional, friendly and has AMAZING skills! Thank you Dr khoury for everything
