I have been with northwest smiles since they first opened. Since Dr. Elliot sold the business to smiles dental, the billing has been a nightmare. Staff say they'll look into it and call back and NEVER do. I have been dealing with a reoccurring billing mistake (that they admit to) for over a year and a half. Now I have to find a new dentist because they can't resolve this billing mistake. Poor service.

Such a great dentist office! I've been going for years. No complaints. The staff is very friendly and my teeth sparkle after a cleaning, they are very efficient. I have had fabulous dental care. After your done right up the street is a Starbucks and it's right off if 1-5!

This was my third appointment and they have all been fantastic. I am a very nervous person at the dentist and everyone has been very understanding and compassionate. Getting an appointment has been a breeze and they send out reminders. Can't wait for my next appointment!

The clinic in DuPont did a horrible job. I had few fillings done and my tooth were so sensitive after the dental visits. Unfortunately I was moving out of state and couldn't go back to get it fixed. On top of that they send me bills after i had already paid my portion at all visits. Lot of hidden fees that they don't say upfront but send you bills weeks or months later. And when you call them, they put you on hold forever.

I just moved to Dupont and with my daughters recommendation, I braved to go to Northwest Smiles. I must say, I had a good experience. There's a feeling of teamwork at play. I will definitely will continue to have my dental care and check ups with them.

I love Jade! I give her 5 stars! I have anxiety with dentists but she made me comfortable. She made sure I got a print out of what each service won't cost, because front office never told me anything. Estimate was over $1200 for two crowns and a filling after insurance. In Sept. 2021 I stopped the appointment because I needed to find out why it was so high having 2 dental policies. After a deep cleaning and a $60 toothpaste from them in December I contacted the office manager only to find out the pricing after insurance is based on what they "assume" the insurance will pay. She stated they would submit pre authorization requests to both insurances and would contact me when the authorizations came back. I asked them to submit pre-authorizations to each insurance prior to any work going forward. She said it would take a few weeks I currently have soft filling in my back tooth from a root canal the endodontist they referred me to, so time is of the essence. I just called my secondary dental insurance today to see if they have received ANY pre authorization request's from my dentist before calling my dentist because I never received any phone call from the dentist. They HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY PRE AUTHORIZATION OR AUTHORIZATIONS FOR SERVICE EVER! They have never even submitted work already done to the secondary insurance! I tried to call to speak with billing or office manager and they can only transfer me to the voicemail of the billing and an offer to email the office manager.
