our son goes to this place , gives the insurance info , then office lady try's to tell him they need my info, he calls me , when i told she didn't need my social, that she need to just run the info my son gave her , she hung up on me , i had to call back , and it took me , to have to call the insurance company and have them tell her, they don't need my social security number , then i ask for a supervisor and she told me she didn't have one , she's not the dentist i don't believe! good luck if u have to go here , many other past issues i now see in reviews!

I had the worst experience. They took my money did a x-ray and an exam didn't do anything for me at all. Worst dentist ever!!!!! No antibiotics or anything to prescribe for me.

Didn't even make it through my first phone call with this place. The receptionist is so unhelpful, huffy, and rude, that I would rather take my business elsewhere. After now seeing multiple reviews with complaints about her, I wonder why they have kept her around? Lost my business because of her and I'm sure they'll lose more. Great customer service goes a long way.

I just called for a new patient appointment and to check how late they stay open. The receptionist answered the phone saying hello as if she was at home. Shw never said Good morning or get name. She needs more testing because customer service is definitely not her thing. JUST HORRIBLE PERSONALITY!!!

I just called for a new patient appointment and to check how late they stay open. The receptionist answered the phone saying hello as if she was at home. Shw never said Good morning or get name. She needs more testing because customer service is definitely not her thing. JUST HORRIBLE PERSONALITY!!!

I saw the one-star review on Yelp. I saw the so-so reviews on Google. You know what? THEY ARE WRONG. My daughter fell this weekend and chipped a good part of her front tooth off this weekend. She's eight. I called NWPD and explained, they got me in same day to see the dentist. It was a terrific experience, for both myself and my eight-year-old child. The dentist was kind, gentle, and very good with my kid. His assistant was friendly, funny, and together they made the entire experience at the office painless and happy. We left in terrific spirits - his work was perfect and you can't even tell where he composited her tooth. My girl has her beautiful smile back and we made her yearly appointment with them. New faithful clients!

this dental office SUCKS. they NEVER answer the phone and are always closed. and the lady who does answer the phone is completely ignorant.
