It was my 1st visit...and it was GREAT!!! The office is beautiful, staff was very nice and Periodontist was pleasant and eliminated my worry and quite a bit of fear/stress.

I've seen Dr. Zhu in both the Yakima and Issaquah offices and all of my visits have been above and beyond. NWP really strives to serve their patients and continually are searching ways to improve and go the extra mile. I used to not be a fan of going to teeth people, but Dr. Zhu and his staff has made it...dare I say...enjoyable to visit! I also love how they are incredible respectful and surgical with their time, and our time. I never feel rushed in and out, but I never feel like I'm waiting forever to be seen. The office staff/doctors are efficient, organized, friendly, smart, know their stuff, and really care about you. The doctors personally call to check in on your after surgery, that was HUGE to me. I felt so well taken care of and will continue to go to NWP for all of my periodontia needs, and will refer all my friends/family to their practice. I drive and/or fly all the way from Sisters, Oregon to see these guys. That's a trek to say the least so that in itself says how good these folks are. Thanks NWP!

My dad had tooth that was broken in half and it ached for months. Dr. Zhu took an x-ray and diligently explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. The appointment itself was great and my dad was so happy to have gotten the tooth taken care of. One week later the gums healed nicely and Dr. Zhu painlessly removed the stitches. Dr. Zhu and his team did a fantastic job. The view out of the room was nice and peaceful which helped ease the stress of going to the dentist. My dad was thoroughly impressed and we would absolutely recommend Dr. Zhu to anyone in need of a periodontist.

I have had the opportunity to be a patient at both of their locations (one in Issaquah on the west side of the pass and this one in Yakima). It is the same medical staff so the service is just as friendly, informative and professional. Their support staff is also kind and on top of the scheduling and follow-up process. I felt comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Parking is also really easy and located at a busy intersection in town! Would definitely recommend this clinic.
