After four years of college, plus four years of dental school at the University of Tennessee, he completed his orthodontic residency in Iowa City. After all of that schooling, Dr. Gray was ready to return home to Arkansas.
Besides moving teeth, Dr. Gray also enjoys software design, video games, and running. He even has a few marathons under his belt, and if the weather is right, you may spy him jogging around town. But his favorite time away from the office is time spent with his wife Kristin and their five children four boys and one girl.
She and her husband, David, visited Northwest Arkansas and fell in love with the area. Along with their two rescue dogs, Amara and Emmi, their careers have brought both of them here. They are excited to make Northwest Arkansas their home!
However, Dr. O has a full head of hair, which he likes to remind Dr. Gray about almost daily. Dr. OSullivan grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree (Go Irish!). After Notre Dame, Dr. O'Sullivan returned to Oklahoma, attending OSU for his DDS and orthodontic residency.
Dr. Gray is a gamer, a software engineer, a marathon runner, and an orthodontist with enthusiasm for a job he truly loves. He and his wife, Kristin, have five children, a dog, a fish, and a bearded dragon. We can't wait for you to meet Dr. Gray!
She has a passion for helping her patients build self-esteem by creating their perfect smiles.Dr. Trieu completed four years of dental school at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, then finished her orthodontic residency in Oklahoma City. She then started her own practice in North Texas.
Dr. Trieu said she couldnt feel luckier being able to create new smiles every day. She said she Trieuly has the best job in the world. Shes eager to bring her drive for exceptional dental care to our patients.

Northwest Orthodontics has done a wonderful job with our daughter's braces. Her treatment ended up being more involved than we originally thought, but they made sure that everything was correct before they finished. We had received consultations at several different places and NWO had the most competitive rates and best payments options. She loves going to the office, everyone is always so welcome and it's such a fun environment.

Excellent staff who helped me work through my orthodontic/dental issues. Really happy with my new smile! If you think you're too old for braces/Invisalign- you aren't. Highly recommend Dr. Gray!

Best place for my kid! We started the braces process during COVID. I was worried that she would be nervous to handle all of it on her own. She did fantastic! The people here are so nice and welcoming. She felt comfortable which made me comfortable. I knew I had chosen the right place for her. Excellent care at each and every visit. The staff at Northwest Ortho is super friendly. The waiting area is beautiful and inviting with numerous live plants. At each visit the doctors and staff took ample time to explain what they were doing and our next steps. It was easy to call or stop by anytime we needed something. It's these and other small touches that make Northwest Ortho stand out among other orthodontic offices.
