After four years of college, plus four years of dental school at the University of Tennessee, he completed his orthodontic residency in Iowa City. After all of that schooling, Dr. Gray was ready to return home to Arkansas.
Besides moving teeth, Dr. Gray also enjoys software design, video games, and running. He even has a few marathons under his belt, and if the weather is right, you may spy him jogging around town. But his favorite time away from the office is time spent with his wife Kristin and their five children four boys and one girl.
She and her husband, David, visited Northwest Arkansas and fell in love with the area. Along with their two rescue dogs, Amara and Emmi, their careers have brought both of them here. They are excited to make Northwest Arkansas their home!
However, Dr. O has a full head of hair, which he likes to remind Dr. Gray about almost daily. Dr. OSullivan grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree (Go Irish!). After Notre Dame, Dr. O'Sullivan returned to Oklahoma, attending OSU for his DDS and orthodontic residency.
Dr. Gray is a gamer, a software engineer, a marathon runner, and an orthodontist with enthusiasm for a job he truly loves. He and his wife, Kristin, have five children, a dog, a fish, and a bearded dragon. We can't wait for you to meet Dr. Gray!
She has a passion for helping her patients build self-esteem by creating their perfect smiles.Dr. Trieu completed four years of dental school at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, then finished her orthodontic residency in Oklahoma City. She then started her own practice in North Texas.
Dr. Trieu said she couldnt feel luckier being able to create new smiles every day. She said she Trieuly has the best job in the world. Shes eager to bring her drive for exceptional dental care to our patients.

It has absolutely been amazing to work with the doctor and staff in getting my son through braces, we can't thank you enough for everything you guys do. We would highly recommend this clinic.

The glue on my permanent retainer came off after 11 years, I was told insurance doesn't normally cover this and could cost anywhere from $75-$350. After my visit to their bentonville location I was told they were not going to charge me for the fix. Really awesome staff, great music playing, and a really nice new office. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Grey, Dr. O'Sullivan and staff do a wonderful job. My teeth had major bite and alignment issues that would have been much easier to correct with major surgery but I opted for traditional braces. The doctors and staff worked on my teeth over two years, which included a two month delay due to the Pandemic, and they look incredible. I strongly urge all who need orthodontics, whether they be young or a bit older like me to choose Northwest Orthodontics in Centerton or Fayetteville because you will definitely be pleased.

My son has had his braces for 2 1/2 years. Getting them off today. Initially he was apprehensive about the whole thing, but the doctor and hygienists have been great to work with, caring and careful. If a wire broke it was never a problem for him to come it and get it fixed. They were just super helpful, customer centric, and gave excellent overall orthodontic care. We will be coming back to for my daughter's braces when it's time for her.
