Shouting it out Loud the Oral Surgeon Northwest Indiana are the best Sherif Mekhail, D D.S., M.S B.S. he was the doctor that did my procedure I had to be put to sleep to have seven teeth removed it was a great experience with the staff as kind as the doctor was. If all people in the world was as nice as these people were the WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE. May God bless and keep the doctor's and the staff of the Northwest Oral Surgeon safe, h ealthy and happy. Thank you for being a good group of people that cares.

Great staff. Dr wolf was the best oral surgeon. I recommend anyone going there. They even helped my file insurance paperwork. Thank you guys your the best!!!!!

THE BEST - caring, professional staff. Doctors very knowledgable and explains treatment in detail. The office is clean and efficient. I have referred many friends and family to Dr. Wolf and Dr. Mekhail and Dr.Moll and they all are happy with their treatment. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go!

Janine, answered all my questions with all the patience in the world. She was understanding and didn't hesitate to explain the procedure that we were concerned about. The one reason I'll go back to this office is her.

Horrible experience for my child with high ANXIETY. After waiting over an hour past our appointment time we we're brought back. The girl/assistant was more worried about trying to get my son's blood pressure and pulse ox than the fact that it was causing him to stress out. I'm not sure why this couldn't wait until after the Dr.could examine him especially since it was becoming a situation. Needless to say by the time the Dr. showed up my son had shut down. I was so upset. The Dr. made a comment that he can't do anything if he won't cooperate. I decided to leave and just reschedule for another day. The day of the 2nd appointment I got a phone call 3 hours before we were supposed to be there and the lady said the Dr. would not be seeing him. I tried explaining the situation and the triggers and again she said I'm sorry Dr. will not be seeing your son, your appointment is being canceled. To top it all off, they billed my insurance for an exam that never happened.

In December my Purdue freshman had his wisdom teeth out. In January my junior in high school had 3 teeth extracted for braces. Both had top notch care and healed perfectly! Thank you!

My husband Joseph Ruiz had two wisdom teeth removed on 1-25-22. D. Moll assured him everything would be fine and it was. He was very nervous but the entire staff was very professional. I would highly recommend this office and the office in Munster as well.

I had a great experience here, they did the job I payed them to do. I am getting an implant and the first step was removal and bone graft. Dr. Mekhail was very professional and frankly pretty caring when I was having trouble with the IV. His job was to remove the tooth and to place a bone graft. I am not paying them to be my friend. I read other reviews where people complained the staff was cold or rude. I did not sense that at all. Their staff did a terrific job in answering the questions I had and generally making the experience pleasant. Well as pleasant as could be expected. So far I am very early on in the procedure but NWOS have been very easy to work with and enjoyable.

Top notch. I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Moll and the rest of the staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I received anesthesia and the procedure went perfect. Today is the day after and I have no swelling or pain. I can only assume they did a great job because of this. I know everybody will have different experiences, but mine was fantastic!

I have gone to Dr. Moll on 3 separate occasions. He is awesome, patient, thorough & has excellent bedside manners. I would definitely refer him to my friends & family. Also, his office staff is great. Jennifer, Samantha & Nikki the assistant We're very helpful & kind towards me today!

I had a great experience here, well as good as possible with an extraction. I have anxiety, but the assistant Nikki, was very polite and helped me feel relaxed. She did a great job explaining all the paperwork and what to expect. Dr. Moll also has a gentle touch.

Tooth extraction went fine, but Wolf rudely criticized my mother for what prescribed medications she takes that had nothing to do with the surgery he was performing. In addition he tried to question her known allergies as if he knew her personal experiences better than herself. Will not be going back and wouldn't not recommend his services to others.

I had got a tooth pulled back in 2018 for here. I am on my dad's insurance because I was a teenager. And then I get a letter in 2020 saying it been sent to Collections I have never got a phone call from them or any letters before . My dad's insurance is amazing and was told will cover it . So many many phone calls later I find out they didn't file it right an wouldn't re file it the correct way. To then two months of there staff telling me oh she's not in right now to call me back pushing me off to the next person they didn't file it correctly because they didn't know if I was a student !! Since when does being a student have anything to do with my insurance paying my bill. Why does money come out my dad's Checks so I can Insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for something back in 2018 because these people don't know how to do there jobs.
