I had two visits, one for 5 teeth extractions and one for two. I had Dr Wolf for my first visit and requested him for my second. I had great experience with the staff and received a follow up call the day following oral surgery. I love that Dr Wolf was understanding of my fears and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I had little time to allow panic to set in. Another benefit of his fast extraction was that there was little swelling and speedy healing. I would definitely recommend Northwest Oral Surgeons to anyone looking for oral surgery.

Absolutely never go here for any sort of service! They will lie to you about cost and months later when you expect a couple hundred dollar bill, you will be hit with a $9000 bill! They care about money, not helping you.

I'm not aiming to slander them at all, I am going to state facts. I saw the dentist earlier in the year because I was referred to them by my dentist to remove my wisdom teeth. I came in for a consultation and the dentist here had said if they are not bothering you then we do not have to remove them. He then told me if they did bother me to come in. It has now been almost a year or a little under and now I am in a lot of pain, so I attempted to schedule the appointment. The first woman said she can schedule me but then once looking me up she lied and said my insurance does not cover the sedation. I verified that my insurance does cover my sedation I called again and this woman said oh well we don't have openings for people with your insurance til next year. I called a third time, all within a span of a week. And the fourth lady said she could make the appointment for Monday to have the teeth removed. I then asked her if doctor didn't want to consult me first to see which ones. She then said she would call me back that at same day she didn't. She called me back the next day and left a voicemail just saying the dentist didn't want to see me. I called back the next day after receiving the voicemail to ask for an explanation unto why he wouldn't want to see me. No real explanation was given I then asked to see the other dentist in the office she said no that he will just agree with the first one. I can tell since the first call they have something against me with the attitudes and lies from the first two receptionists but I honestly do not know why. I am Hispanic and my insurance is anthem. Again I'm not slandering this really happened.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled.. I was nervous as hell Maby even a lil more then just nervouse.. These people were the absolut best knocked me out didnt feel absolutely no pain.. Wonderful people!

First off the STAFF is amazing every visit. Today I went in for wisdom teeth removal this morning. And they make you so comfortable! My mouth still numb on 1 side. But no pain at all.

Service was good but I recommend getting an itemized bill before any procedures. I had fees that were not disclosed prior to my procedure that I hadn't factored into my budget. I would expect more thoroughness when it comes to this professional business.

Had a great time ! VERY PROFESSIONAL . Super Clean and all safety measures were followed! Kim and Jessica greeted and welcomed me as a NEW client . Dr. Wolf was very patient and compassionate and answered all my questions . Dr. Wolf's assistant Judy was great in prepping me . No worries. Thanks for the follow up call KIM. Thanks again to all .

I had a great experience here last week. The ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly. Dr Mekhail and Kim took care of my procedure and it was painless. They explained what they were doing the whole time. I would highly recommend their services. They followed up after the weekend to make sure i was doing ok. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I came in for an appointment with Dr. Wolf and instead Dr. Mekhail came in to see me. He was so very rude to me I left the office in tears. then, when I rescheduled with Dr. Wolf, who I originally asked to see, they said i cannot see him now since I seen Dr. Mekhail. Needless to say I chose not to have him touch my mouth...period!

Honestly Dr Wolf is not the most welcoming person and he was short winded with me but I understand they may have a lot of patients ...the experience was good and quick because I was put to sleep ...I would definitely go back to get some teeth extractions the best around the 219
