Fantastic experience! Very professional! Dr. Lalani took out my son's wisdom teeth and did a fantastic job! I was told from my dentist that he had some pretty complicated extractions, and my son does have an extensive health history, so I was understandably nerves. The good news is that Dr. Lalani did a great job explaining what would happen and Dr. Duke the anesthesiologist did a great job as well! The staff was very supportive and my son afterward stated he felt nothing during the surgery. Highly recommend!

My wife is Dr. Lalani's patient. I have found him to be a compassionate man of integrity. However I will let my wife speak for herself: Dr. Lalani is sensitive and caring. He is able to "dumb" things down so that I can understand everything he is doing or plans to do. I have had extensive oral surgery done related to a medical condition. He understands the condition and and is able to provide guidance as needed. He has a true ability to empathize with my issues. He is always encouraging and thoughtful. I have never had to call his office with a problem because he has already called to check on me. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude and confidence in his abilities. He is amazing and outstanding. His staff are all super stars too! Dr. Lalani is the King of Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Thank you sincerely, Kathy Urdaneta

I am not one to write negative reviews, so this is saying a lot. I feel extremely compelled to warn anyone before agreeing to let northwest oral & maxillofacial surgery operate on them. DO NOT come here- PLEASE. I hope another person never has to endure the same experience I did. Dr. Lalani seemed very kind at the consultation. I was referred by a trustworthy doctor, so I was confident that I would be in good hands despite the bad impressions of some of the ladies within the office. The front desk workers were kind, but it seems like some of the ladies in the back were arguing or having a bad day and decided to direct that attitude onto patients. I disregarded this because sometimes we all have bad days. Then came surgery day. I had to have a tooth removed, which had fused to my jaw bone as well as a bone graph. This area was also infected, swollen, and in moderate pain because my original doctor had started to work on it before realizing the tooth had fused and decided to send me to Lalani because I needed to be fully sedated. I was told by a Northwest employee before my procedure that people often wake up during surgery but don't remember it or have to be restrained. Also, years ago a patient twitched while unconscious and the drill went through his cheek. The old chair I was put in looked like a prison dental chair from the 50s. I woke up after surgery bawling crying. I kept stating "please help me, I am in pain". Multiple times the ladies told me that I was lying. That the pain was "all in my head". It felt like that part of my mouth was on fire and like nails were being driven through my gums and jaw bone. The doctor said "I think I know more about anatomy than you." My response was "I've never claimed to know anything about anatomy, I am just letting you know that I am in pain." This doctor by the way, proudly made it clear that he usually does not even prescribe pain medicine. You are expected after surgery to manage your pain with ibuprofen and tylenol. I am in great health, and couldn't even regulate my breathing or blood pressure due to the extreme pain. There was one woman, about the height of an oompa loompa- she is an absolute maggot of a human being and has no business working in the field she's in. I pray she never lays hands on another patient. She was amongst the primary snobby voice accusing me of lying about being in pain. She had the audacity to laugh in my face and smirk as I told her I was in excruciating pain. I said "please never treat another patient like this again." Her sarcastic response was "so sorry that you feel that way." I do not know her name. She was atleast smart enough to not wear a name tag, probably because she knows someone would have already had her license revoked. I am still in some of the worst pain of my life. I've had multiple surgeries and have NEVER felt pain like this before after having a procedure. In 6-8 weeks, I will now be having a screw drilled into my jaw bone by my original doctor while awake under conscious sedation, because I would truly rather have a screw drilled into my jaw bone while AWAKE before I ever even considered returning to northwest's house of horrors. You have been warned. Disclaimer: this review in no way reflects the kind women at the front desk or the anesthesiologist Dr. Duke- they were professional and absolute angels compared to the miserable maggot that wheeled me out of that squalid, decrepit facility.

Dr. Lalani and the staff at Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery were excellent! The check in was easy, staff were friendly and professional, and my implant went perfectly. No bleeding, swelling or pain! Thank you Dr. Lalani!

Dr. Leilani was patient in explaining the imaging to me. He proposed removing two teeth, cleaning out the bone, and then having a bone graft and worrying about the missing teeth later. Thankfully the anesthesiologist, Dr. Duke doesn't take insurance which prompted me to get a second opinion. Now, the issue is resolved and I just needed a biopsy. I get to keep my teeth and I'm only spending about $200 instead of the $1600 that would've been required had I gone to Dr. Leilani. Nice people though.

I have been calling for several days and have left messages to make an appointment. No return calls. Not very professional. And, I have been to the office before, I do have a file in record, so that is not an excuse like on previous patients comments.

I could not have asked for a more smooth process of a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Lalani and his team's work was nothing short of angelic. I was sedated during surgery and when I woke up, I felt like nothing happened! No stiff jaw, no blood or mess, not even the sting of alcohol wipes! Recovery has been painless and with minimal to no swelling. I came in extremely nervous and thought I'd be out of commission for days. But by that afternoon I was awake and ambling normally. Highly recommend this office!!

Called to ask some questions a couple of times and to make an appointment with Dr. Lalani. Seems like Pam is the only staff member who answers the phone and works their besides the doctor. After going to my appointment, seems that office needs to get Pam some real help. She was doing everything. The other women seemed to busy on personal phone calls.

Called on May 6th and left a voicemail requesting an appointment as nobody answered the phone. Left my name, phone number, reason for calling, and told them I had a referral from my dentist to visit this location and to please call me back. It is now June 21st and still have not received a call back. Not really interested in visiting anymore. It is the responsibility of front desk staff to return calls in a timely manner and there is no excuse to leave somebody waiting that long. I'd expect a call back sooner from the president than from this office. Why have a voicemail box if whoever is running the desk just ignores them? Completely appalled.

Got my wisdom teeth pull out today and I just want to say this process and the team that helped me out today was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist. Big thanks to Diane for ensuring the process was going to go extra smooth and constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay. She even wheeled me to the car and helped me get in. Big thanks to Dr Lalani and his team for extracting my teeth at ease and a huge thanks to Tracy and Andrea for making the payment and billing process stress free. This has truly been an amazing process and I couldn't be more thankful Thank you Northwest Oral Surgery - Louetta!!!

My first experience at this location was great since the treatment for my daughter was done at the office however my second time was the complete opposite. My son who has special needs went for a consultation with Dr. Zahid Lalani to have his wisdom teeth taken out. Andrea called me the following day to inform me that my sons procedure had to be done at the hospital due to his health. She informed me someone was going to call me back with more information. A week went by had no call back so decided to give them a call and again I spoke to Andrea who was the complete opposite from the first time she called. She had lots of information all of sudden she could have given to me from the first conversation we had and try to blame me of saying I did not ever give the okay and move forward with the procedure even thoughI informed her im all for it let's get it done. Hopefully conversation are recorded so it can be heard and see how she was not helpful what so ever. My second experience was very bad and the staff was not helpful and decided to go somewhere else. If you have a child with special needs and may need to have teeth removed for either braces or wisdom teeth I do not recommend this location. My experience with this office my second time around was not what I expected and am very disappointed.
