My son was seen by Dr. Harvey and his staff recently and all I have to say is WOW! Their office is well organized and has AMAZING customer service. My son has extreme anxiety and the staff made him feel comfortable and safe during the procedure. All around, it was a great visit for him.

I've never had a tooth pulled and I got 3 done at once. I was very nervous. But they made it so quick and painless. They did everything to make me comfortable. I never want another tooth pulled again but if I had to I would 100% go back to Dr. Harvey's office.

I want to thank NW Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for their kindness, I appreciated the way they cared for me through out the experience. I have anxiety related to dentistry and they helped me to be at ease. Dr. Harvey is an excellent surgeon. I am truly grateful.

Dr.Harvey is a pro, he got my wisdom teeth out in a snap. The recovery and healing after was smooth, easy and straightforward . I felt genuine care from all of the staff through-out the entire treatment!

Please wait, have been for almost 2 months on this appointment to be rescheduled, no communication, honestly just makes me feel like a shotgun is better dentistry than this. Edit: I don't believe half of these reviews are real with the review count on their profiles. apparently they dropped me as a client without informing me at all and had to find out from a care coordinator, I'd avoid this place cause I've seen better assistance from a tech support agent getting active death threats thrown at him, I actually lothed that guy and think he would've done better communicating with patients.

I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction and since it is mandatory to have a driver I brought along my 75 yr old mother. We arrive at 9:30am (appt is at 9:50) and the doors are locked. I call and tell them I am here and they didn't unlock the doors, they didn't invite us in, they "screened" me, again information that I already submitted, then they told us to wait in our car and that they were running behind. After a while, I called again and - mind you we are still locked out - they told me that my mother would have to wait in the car while the surgery took place...what? Isn't that what waiting rooms are for? It was the middle of August to top it off. Anyone who is that careless and completely oblivious as to how you treat patients certainly is not fit to perform major dental surgery on me. I told them I changed my mind and would not be rescheduling. It sounded like they had heard that before. I will be informing Advantage Dental about this dentist. I may even report his practice. No one deserves to be treated like that. Do NOT risk it. Find another more qualified dentist. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dr. Harvey and his staff are absolutely incredible. I had a wisdom tooth and a molar removed and it went so smoothly. They show you so much care and make you feel like family. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. I will recommend them to everyone.

I went to Dr Harvey to pull my teeth and was butchered by his either lack of experience or his lack of concern for the person attached to the rest of the mouth he works on. Not only was he extremely rough and brutal in his removal of my teeth and caused a lot of damage and excruciating pain that I lived with for 9 weeks after he literally ripped out a huge portion of my bottom gum, left pieces of broken teeth and bone fragments inside my gums that I spent the next couple weeks spitting out of my mouth. I tried calling him after being in horrific pain for 3 days and let them know something wasn't rite and was told that's normal I went to see my dentist a couple days later and he told me he could not put dentures on the mess after 9weeks I had to go to a orthodontisti he had to cut my gums open and grind them down as best he could for I could get my dentures if Harvey would have talked to me I just wanted him to pay the other dentist bill but no phone calls what so ever so if you are thinking about getting teeth pulled I suggest you choose someone else.heres photos enjoy

Staff was amazing, polite and nice to converse with. All my questions were answered before I even asked, they made sure I was comfortable. Over all a very nice experience. I guarantee all the negative reviews are just Karen's being dumb. The only thing is I feel I wasn't given enough pain meds after which is understandable because stuff like that is dangerous and people my age are not very smart when it comes to these substances.

From what I remember the staff was great and everything was prepared for a quick 20 minute surgery ( or was that 2 hours?? Lol) Instructions were clear and understood. Dr. Harvey must have done a great job because a day and a half later and the pain level is well controlled with only minor bleeding after surgery. Thank you very much. Very much felt like I've been in good hands with Dr. Harvey and his staff.

I had a wonderful experience. With someone who struggles with anxiety (especially around the dentist) they eased my stress and made my experience as comfortable as possible. I love the team that doctor Harvey has working with him, and how on top of their jobs that they are. They made me feel as if I had been going to their practice for my whole life. Highly recommend.

Very rude dentist. Dr Harvey Will try and pull out unnecessary teeth just to make money. Maybe he was having a bad day but both times I have met him he was just so rude and disrespectful. The staff I met were VERY sweet and nice though.

In my life, I've had multitudes of dental work and this experience was hands down the very finest, most accommodating, gentle, reassuring, and meticulous! How it's possible to feel soothed before oral surgery is beyond me, but Dr. H and his team worked tirelessly to ensure my comfort and ease. Do not hesitate to book with Dr. H. Reviews are often tricky because folks are in pain; as was I. However, considering the nature of this work, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I am healing swiftly and Dr. H did an incredible job. So supremely satisfied!

Such an amazing office! Not only is Dr.Harvey one of the most skilled and knowledgeable Oral surgeons I've spoken with but his staff is so kind and attentive. The whole process from the consultation to the surgery was very smooth, I would recommend their office a thousand times over! If you're looking to get implants or simply need a few teeth extracted this is the place to go. I can't thank Dr.Harvey of his staff enough!!!
