Dr. Colby is the best. I had a tooth pulled and it was pain free. The entire staff was great and made me feel right at home. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Colby preformed a tooth extraction and dental implant for me and it was a great experience overall. The pain was minimal and the care he provided showed how much his patients actually mean to him. Overall the implant turned out great and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!

Professional, caring, highly skilled....nobody likes going to have work done in their mouth. I've had more than my share and I can honestly say you won't find better care

Do not recommend. The staff here are so rude. I tried to get my son in for an appointment that his orthodontist said was an urgent matter and referred us. Front desk could not have been more uncaring and callous. I asked ortho for another reco and found a great group in Mt Prospect who are the best!

Absolutely loved Dr. Gauthier and his staff! He was so welcoming and enthusiastic! He made me feel extremely comfortable getting my wisdom teeth pulled and overall made the process feel like a breeze!

This review is regarding a dental implant I received from Dr Colby. The good: technically his works seems strong and he is very thorough. The dental assistants are also very good. Matthew did his best to calm me during the procedure. The bad: Dr Colby seemed very rushed on both my visits. His bedside manner leaves a little to be desired, and while I didn't expect this to be a walk in the park I think he could have shown more empathy when I was clearly panicking during the procedure. Frankly, he didn't seem to care that I was having very hard time, I had to ask for a break not the other way around. The bad: Billing - I asked the desk for a pre-treatment coverage verification last year due to the cost of the procedure and was told "we don't do those for MetLife - they take too long" even though I was not scheduled to return for four months. On my second visit, I asked for a down payment exception and the office manager Laurie was downright hostile when I did so, barely entering the room to speak to me and shouting "25% is the best I can do!" before storming off. When I asked her to please review the coverage description that I had printed and brought with me, she quite literally refused. What a way to treat to patients. I will never return to this facility and hope the owner who has worked so hard to build his practice gets closer to his patients to observe how they are being treated by his own employees.

I found myself at end of my third evaluation, it was being done by Dr. Colby. I had a bridge that was put in years ago, all of sudden it need to be taken out along with 2 teeth. Being forced to take control of my present and future dental health, I had 2 appointments before Dr. Colby's that were eye opening. One didn't have the proper x ray equipment, one wanted me to sign papers work before I left their office on an evaluation day and one with the "don't worry attitude", go get someone to pull them and we will fix it up. I found the best choice for me would be to go with an oral surgeon like Dr. Colby. He was professional, informative, educational, experienced, compassionate and help me choose my best path. I found him to be one of the best in the dental game today. He also has an office that projects the same!

All I can say is they pulled the wrong tooth, I'm still in pain. Went back to the office to tell them and they did nothing for me. will never go back. .

Omg so I have been dealing with TMJ pain since July. Hearing messaged up, tender and swollen and I went in because I wanted to get a second opinion, Dr. COLBY DIDNT even feel my face, albeit it was less swollen but I described all my symptoms plus severe pain and says Go to Physical Therapy. It was 2 min and they are NOW SENDING ME A BILL SAYING I OWE THEM 100 DOLLARS FROM MY APPOINTMENT IN OCTOBER! THEY JUST SENT ME A BILL LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THIS AND CHARGED $5 FOR BEING ofOVERDUE.the statement is dated Jan 31st do not go here.

I cannot describe to you the amount of times this office has helped me and my family. I have had 2 emergency tooth extractions as well as other work done with them. Teeth are a grueling experience for many people including me and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Ive been going here since I was a child and they have always comforted me and made any experience as stress free as possible. All the doctors are amazing.

I called for an emergency appointment for my daughter who is disabled and has been in pain for quite a while because we could not figure out what the problem was. Both of the women I spoke clearly did not care a little bit and told me she would have to wait more than two weeks to have an appointment.

I had three wisdom teeth removed here today and truly had a great experience. From the front office, to the nurses, surgical techs, and most importanly the surgeon I give 5 stars all the way around. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely comforting. Dr. Chemello performed my surgery he answered all my questions and made me feel much more at ease before surgery began. His nurse was absolutely phenomenal as well. They also have different financing options if your insurance doesn't cover a procedure or you don't have dental insurance which really helps relieve that financial burden.
