I am very satisfied with the work done by Dr. Davis & Co. The staff is very friendly and professional, as is the Doctor himself. Wait times are near non existant and I always leave happy with the quality of the work. Northwest Oral is a well-oiled machine that I would recommend any day.

Honestly, I've been happy with the services provided. The Dentist is sweet and the Hygienist lovely. Front desk seems to have a high turn over but they've all been pleasant to work with. I love the texting feature for communication. It's the easiest way to reach me and I'm grateful they provide that option.

Friendly staff that went out of there way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. The Dr was very thorough, nice & courteous. I was impressed on how clean the environment was. If ever needed, I will return for future services.

I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist but this place has helped me with that fear. The dentist & support staff really take the time to explain what they will be doing and are very honest about what treatment will be needed. They take state insurance as well which is nice :)

This place needs more reviews, and I believe I can help with that. I have been going here for at least 2 years. They take (Washington) state apple health insurance. I understand it is limited, but when you have no money and have issues with your teeth, it is amazing what a little professional help can do. Even if you don't, you still get one free cleaning, and they do checkups to ensure they are okay, and your gums are in good condition. The long waits are valid, but it is not the offices fault. They are one of the few (Maybe only) places around Ellensburg that take state insurance. I don't know why this is, (actually I do, but this isn't about them, this is about Dr. Brendan Davis and his amazing staff) Even with all this in mind, they have always been nice to me and answered my dumb curiousity questions that have no validity behind them in addition to actuals concerns I have about my teeth and gums. It is not Northwest's fault that not many offices take state insurance. I am happy that I receive care at Northwest, because if I didn't, my wisdom teeth would be destroying my mouth. He gives out referrals when necessary, and they are tactful to ensure that most referrals are accepting your insurance. When they don't, they have told me, and they attempt (and deliver) to circumnavigate this. Most of the staff understand that it is not your choice of the economic situation you are put into. Which is amazing! This team tries their best to ensure that they can deliver the best service to you relative to your insurance. They did my x-rays for free, and they answer all my questions, even the dumb ones. Dr Brendan Davis is a soft spoken gentleman who takes my concerns into consideration. My wisdom teeth are weird. However, he still wants to ensure he is doing what he can to avoid unnecessary operations, but that my teeth are in the best condition they can be. Now, if you made it this far, be patient with them. The waits are long because NO ONE else takes state insurance in this town! There may be options now, but when I was looking 2 years ago there was literally none that had availability. If you call and they don't answer, leave a message asking for consultation and your information. They will return it eventually. There are so many people in similar situations to you. They understand you better than you think, and assure you don't bite. (No pun intended).

I had to argue with the dentist I saw about whether or not something was hurting my teeth. The dentist I saw was EXTREMELY rude and was not helpful in finding the reason for my toothache.

Can I give less than 1 star? My husband had an abscessed tooth and called first thing on a Friday morning. NOBODY called back. He then called the emergency line - and left a message - for an emergency line!!! He finally got a call back and was told to call the office Monday morning. He was in immense pain all weekend and called Monday morning. They had him come in that afternoon but they looked at him and said they don't do root canal and will call him with a referral. It is now Thursday and no call back. I called Delta Dental and they called the office then said to call the office ask for back up dentist to perform root canal even though we know he can't and then they can do a referral or call in an exception to our insurance. Wow! Talk about a circus!! Terrible insurance and even worse dental office!!! Update: so here we are, a month later and still no crown and the appointment was supposed to be April 15th, 6 weeks, but he just received a messae saying that the dentist for that day on the 15th, in 2 weeks, has a family emergency and won't be available. Amazing how poor the service is here. We have switched dental office but it doesn't go into effect until 1st. I already have an appointment at the new office! Oh and to clarify the response below is half true. My husband called the dentist office that Monday since he hadn't received a call back after leaving a message. Avoid this place and go somewhere that will actually take care of you because they are in dentistry because they like it not just for the money!!

STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst! Long story ahead! Wanted to get a cleaning. Called to make an appointment and was told to fill out online form. Did so and called back to make appt. We'll call you in 3 days. No call. I call 6 days later. Make appointments for family. LONG wait period. MUST have initial exam to get cleaning. I get appt for exam and cleaning on same day. I go to the initial exam. I have no pain, no issues. I want no x-rays. They do the hard sell on x-rays. I say no thank you. The dentist says she can do a visual but it I am liable??? I say OK to that. The dentist then leaves and appt is over. She did not even look in my mouth! I come home. I get a phone call saying they "cannot do the cleaning because of a contract with my insurance company". I call my insurer. This is a LIE! I call the dentist back and ask them to repeat what they said earlier. Yup, same lie. I say "That is false. I just spoke with my insurer." Oh, now besides the contract, now the hygienist wont clean without x-rays. Get your story straight! I also asked to speak to the office manager about this. The Office Manager DOESN'T WORK IN THE OFFICE! Luckily, we will be getting different insurance in a few months and I can go back to my good dentist. I highly recommend MOUNTAIN VIEW DENTAL. MOUNTAIN VIEW DENTAL is awesome! Response to response: I could be satisfied with "That isn't how we do things". But to state falsehoods is lousy. I know the exam and x-rays are at no cost to me. It may be standard care. But this is about patient choice. I do not WANT x-rays. The MOST you should say is "Are you sure? OK." Also, are your Dental Hygienists employees? If so, do you allow them to refuse to perform their work? After the way I was treated, I will not be returning. I am willing to talk to you about my experience, but I will NOT be coming to you for my dental needs. Your office staff have my phone number.

Friendly staff, very conversational If you are! Had a cleaning here & a small filling. They are fast! also affordable. Looking forward to my next cleaning. Edit 9/14/20: i had that cleaning maybe 6 weeks ago and the new hygienist was SO thorough and I am super grateful! She put a lot of effort into it. Before coming here, I had some bad dentist experience and didn't see a dentist for too many years. I am grateful to have my teeth in such good hands now.

Last year I would have given them 5 stars, but it seems to have changed. Longer wait times for appointments, I've had a different dentist each time I've been there recently. I had to argue with the dentist that I had already had a root canal when they were saying I needed another one on the same tooth. Kind of scary that they didn't know. I'm kind of scared to leave this review. They are my required dentist for my insurance and I'm not hiding my identity. But I just had a fairly unsettling experience. I hope it was just an off day for them. I had no complaints in the past.

The staff is friendly, helpful except NEVER get a filling done here. I had to have one done on a molar and even after a week my tooth was KILLING me so I went back so they could check it out. They took an xray of the tooth and looked at it. They told me that it was probably due to it being such a deep cavity and it may have damaged the nerve in my tooth at that I would need a root canal done, it didnt make sense to me because it even hurt if I breathed with my mouth. So I got a second opinion, thank goodness I did, it turned out that I had not one but five air bubbles under the filling and that is why it was hurting me so much. Well, my son had a filling done there too and today when I took him to their new dentist I found out that they messed up his filling by not filling to the margins and he now has a cavity under his filling and now he is having to get it replaced with a new one. Screw up my teeth I'll get over it but mess up my kids teeth now I'm upset!!!
