Had my wisdom tooth taken out recently. Dr Parnell and team, thank you for everything. I was a little anxious as I had opted to do the procedure under local anesthesia but Dr Parnell and the nurses made me feel really comfortable and the procedure was done quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort. Thank you so much.

Dr. Hoffman performed an extraction of an extra tooth that was growing above my 8 year old daughter's two front permanent teeth and growing into her nose. She had to have the tooth extracted and bone grafting. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hoffman. To say that I was beyond nervous about the whole thing is an understatement. We got varying opinions and decided to go with Dr. Hoffman - great bedside manners, very knowledgeable, very comforting, and I could tell had lots of experience. At our consultation I knew I had come to the right place and without hesitation knew he would be the surgeon to perform the work on my daughter. She is one day post op and doing well. On a side note, I had our daughter checked every year for her dental check ups at a well known dentist in the woodlands. I never knew about the third tooth until we changed dental offices in houston and the dentist took a broader picture that showed more. If we did not go to this new dentist then we would have never known about the tooth until it ruptured into her nose. Double check your dentists work!

Dr. Hoffman probably saved my life. I had a terrible infection that I had been suffering through due to a fear of dentists from previous experiences. I came in to see him and he calmly talked me through the whole process and we got it scheduled. Two days later and I had my surgery. The whole process was fantastic and I am happily pain free now.

Dr. Parnell made my wisdom teeth surgery a breeze! He and his staff were so friendly and answered all of my questions. I received multiple phone calls with instructions before surgery, and a follow up call from Dr. Parnell the day after my surgery. The office is also very transparent and thorough with their pricing. They informed me what would be covered under my insurance, which many other offices do not do until after the appointment. I would definitely recommend this surgery center.

I hate having to get any kind of dental work. If you do as well I would recommend this place because everyone here is top notch. The front desk staff is very nice and communicative. Dr.Parnell was my surgeon. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth. I felt like I was in very competent/skilled hands. I like how their website lists all of the surgeon's qualifications. It also helps that the entire staff is very sweet and friendly to help make you feel more at ease!

Absolutely amazing experience! Wisdom teeth removal procedure took less than an hour and I felt no pain or any discomfort AT ALL. Would definitely come again if I'll grow new molars and decide to remove them in future

Dr. Hoffman and his staff were amazing from day 1 consult. The office staff was so welcoming and the facility alone is so serene. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the process was so seamless, no pain, I'm recovering very well. Dr. Hoffman himself even calls to check on you. Highly recommend. Such great service I almost want to get another tooth pulled for fun.

Get a second opinion. We visited two other providers and both deemed the 'mandatory' treatment this doctor was pushing as uneccessary. This office charges $250 for a mandatory icat scans and does not accept insurance or care credit; we found a provider in the Woodlands where this service is free. Despite being in network we had to do our own prior authorizations by calling in the billing codes. Staff was impatient and unprofessional. We ended up going with another provider and saved thousands. This experience was a $250 waste of time.

Decent dentist and loved being there but their phone skills are absolute trash. I've been calling for more than 3 months to talk to someone because I can't just drive up there and they NEVER answer. I've left voicemails, I've called consecutively throughout the day at times and still nothing, nada. Do better.

My experience with Dr. Parnell and his staff was exceptional. I first came to the office with severe pain in my lower jaw and a bad temper. Once Anne visited with me and cleared up procedural questions, I was quickly administered to and made to feel comfortable. Dr. Parnell's confidence and chairside manner upon his introduction were another much needed relief. He and his staff listened patiently to my concerns and promptly came up with a treatment plan that was carried out at 6:30am the following morning. Surgery went smoothly according to plan. I was informed every step of the way and had no surprises start to finish. Dr. Parnell has reached out personally post op to see how my recovery is going. You have all been wonderful and though I don't hope to see you soon, I wish you all the best and give this 5 star review to the entire office with heartfelt thanks for the way you handled me as a patient.

My son went in very nervous about having his wisdom teeth removed, but the friendly staff at The Woodlands office quickly put him at ease. Everyone was so kind and caring, and Dr. Repa even personally called on a Sunday evening to make sure things were going well with my son and to wish us a good week. Absolutely A+ service all around and would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.

Never got to make it in the office but when I called to make an appointment the first lady tells me they have an opening on June 1st. In my current state that wasn't going to work for me as I am in some pain. So I decided to call their other office on Louetta where a lady ask if I was in pain and let me know their Dr. Was on vacation but then she stops and says but our woodlands office looks like they have some openings before the Dr. Got back on June 1st she said she could see the opening in their schedule. So I decided to call back to The Woodlands office and ask for the day she suggested was open and I was met with a different lady on the phone this time, who then told me the next available day was June 10th come on people it was just storytelling from one person to the next don't have time for foolish games between your offices.

Dr. Hoffman and his staff were wonderful, from initial phone consult (after my daughter's sudden fall injury), to care and follow up appointment. On top of the exceptional care, their professional and friendly demeanor kept my five year old at ease, and even entertained her curious questions. The followups afterwards were greatly appreciated also, and went above and beyond other professionals we saw in this process. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Hoffman for their excellent care, courtesy, and professionalism.

Tuesday I was diagnosed with a abscessed tooth that I had to have treated. I cold called NWO and M and Annie despite having a full schedule and no appointments got me in for a consult. Dr Parnell decided the tooth was posing enough hazard that after his full schedule he stayed late with his staff and operated on me. I had been in significant pain but after the procedure I was able to function again and the pain was mostly gone. Recovery has been amazing. I can't say enough about this doctor and the staff. I am sure I haven't thanked them enough but I am thankful they were there. Mark Keiper

I was in yesterday morning for all 4 impacted wisdom teeth to be pulled with Dr. Parnell and his assistants. Everyone was absolutely amazing, very personable and were very comforting throughout the whole procedure. Even during my first visit for my consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Parnell & his assistants.

Dr. Parnell was amazing! I was in so much pain with an impacted wisdom tooth and needed an appointment as soon as possible. I had my consultation on a Wednesday and I was scheduled for surgery Friday! I was nervous but Dr. Parnell and all of the ladies in the office were so awesome and reassuring. My experience was perfect!

Although I live in Michigan, I saw Dr. Parnell when he was a resident here. I wish he was still practicing here, because he is an amazing oral surgeon and was so nice to me when I was surrounded by some pretty uncaring doctors. I have been in severe pain after getting my wisdom teeth out almost 3 years ago, and I have seen a lot of oral surgeons. Dr. Parnell will always stick out to me as one of the most gentle and caring doctors I've seen. I've been looking for a new oral surgeon to see consistently for a couple different issues, and I remembered how he made me feel so I had hoped he was still here. I felt like I had to share my experience and say that Texas gained a good one!
