There is an office in Dallas, near my house, but yet they schedule as far away as they can. Staff here seems a bit disoriented when scheduling. Location is interesting to find. Not well marked

Great services from the front office staff to the team behind the scenes! Dr. Coker was very professional and thoroughly explained everything. She even took the time to make a follow-up call to check on me following my procedure; which by the way went well, although I don't remember a thing lol.

I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr.Coker. Prior to extraction, we had a pre-consult meeting, she warned me of all of the potential side effects, and walked me through the extraction before hand. The removal itself went perfectly smooth. She makes you feel very comfortable in her care!! Absolutely recommend, wonderful inviting energy as well!!

Came in to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I had heard that it was a relatively unpleasant procedure but I have to say that Dr Coker and her staff almost made it a pleasant experience. She correctly suggested the longer lasting injection for pain relief which was slightly more expensive but completely worth it. There was no pain during the procedure or the recovery. Instructions were clearly explained by her assistant for aftercare resulting in no dry socket. 10/10, would have teeth ripped out again

I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Ramani, and I can't emphasize enough how, despite my fear of oral surgery, she made it the smoothest experience I have ever had at a dental or oral surgery facility. Even with "laughing gas", I was still quite nervous. Dr. Ramani's assistant noticed this and talked to me with such a genuine tone. She told me about her horses, we talked about my kids, and you name it. I wish I could remember her name because she was pure gold. During each step of the extraction, Dr. Ramani would preface each of her comments with things like "As expected", and "Our next step is..." She really knows how to keep an anxious patient at ease. I don't hope for any more oral surgery in the future, but I know that when it's time to have it again, I will see Dr. Ramani, and you should too! 10/10!

I had to have 2 teeth extracted unfortunately and everyone in the office were so kind and helpful ! They wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Most pleasant experience-- the call center staff was very compassionate to my pain and discomfort and was able to work me in the same day--The physician- Dr.Ramani is excellent- Grace the dental assistant was so pleasant and professional-- The front office staff was most pleasant as well!

I had a tooth extracted and bone graft and I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Coker and her staff in Woodstock. She did fantastic work and explained everything. Her nurse assistant was highly compassionate & knowledgeable explaining everything including post op instructions. Debbie, office manager or benefits manager, had insurance codes ready for me in minutes. All so kind and professional. I highly recommend. My surgery was paid out of pocket because my dental insurance benefits had been exhausted for the year. The cost was so reasonable and adjusted since my benefits were used up for the year. I have never had a great oral surgery experience until now. No matter your age, young or old, choose Dr. Coker.

My experience was not what I expected. I went in to get estimate for a full upper implant denture. I asked for the total of everything before hand since it was going on a credit card. And my insurance didn't cover it. So I had to have a sinus lift first and then was told that after it healed, they would complete putting the posts in. Well, I had that done, just the sinus lift for 5,000 dollars. I had my husband there for it and had him also make sure of the cost for EVERYTHING. He was also told 5000 and some change for it all. Well I go in 6 months afterwards to get posts put in and was given a new folder with a 12,000 bill that had to be paid the day of procedure. I constantly asked questions when I was there and they made feel like I was confused. NO, if they would have gave me the complete total like I asked, I would NEVER have done it. I had uneasy feeling before and after and should have listened to my gut. So now I'm back to a regular denture. Thank God, my insurance covered it but wasted my time, money and went through allot of pain for nothing. PLEASE do more research before doing it and make sure they don't string you along. Good Luck!

From start to finish 5 star experience. Office staff super professional, straightforward, polite, and accommodating. Wisdom teeth removal, all 4, super nervous, didn't feel a darn thing. Doctor super personable, gentle, did a great job, complete with post-op call. Be sure to pay the extra for the additional pain relief shot they offer, totally worth it imo. Could not have asked for better! Bravo
