Dr. Rosenthal was amazing at my consult in Oct, I was really looking forward to working with him. I scheduled surgery for Dec 27. The office staff on the other hand- IS AWFUL. they gave me an estimate of $9231 (which seemed high- since I had already met me deductible and Out of pocket). when I called my insurance to see why this wasn't covered- I was told it should be at 100% (because of the deductible/out of pocket being met) I called and relay this info back to the office staff. I call again, and again (Oct, twice in Nov, and 3 times in Dec) - leaving messages, and getting the run around. Now today Dec 22- my payment is due- for a surgery on Monday 27th- and they tell me its still $9231. **I have to take it upon myself to conference in my insurance with the office manager Angela. Once they tell her the WHOLE surgery is covered - she states that she'll send me a new estimate for the implants (which may or may not be covered, insurance needs to establish medical necessity they if covered would be at 100% also)... the new estimate she sends is $10,035, an $804 increase! I call and ask why? Angela tells me- "oh, the estimate from Oct was incorrect, this is the correct amount"!!!! THIS OFFICE IS CROOKED!!! BEWARE- and do your own homework! but I would double check any and every $$ they say you owe- through your insurance-

Wisdom teeth removed. Fantastic treatment. Great staff, very friendly and caring. Dr. Rose very informative and caring. Thank you all for caring for my daughter.

I just had oral surgery today and Dr. Rosenthal and his surgical technician Mrs. Casey made this a pleasant experience. They were both very thorough during the consultation as well as the procedure which diminished all my fears. The recovery process hasn't been bad either. I would definitely recommend this practice just based on their professionalism alone. Overall, you will not be disappointed it was a easy process throughout.

The date I am writing this review is June 3. I WAS supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed a month ago, but it was rescheduled to tomorrow. Today, Dr. Rosenthal rescheduled AGAIN. TO JULY 6! ANOTHER MONTH! Seriously, I just need a simple surgery but I don't know if I'll ever actually get it because he keeps rescheduling. SO FRUSTRATING!!

When I had my wisdom teeth extracted, I was more than a bit apprehensive! Especially given the fact that I was going to be awake, the entire time. Dr. Rosenthal and His Assistant Juana did everything possible to put my mind at ease and make me comfortable. The discomfort throughout the procedure was kept to a minimum, which was a relief. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the care that was taken, to make this such a positive experience. Kudos! I look forward to my next visit.

Initially I was going to give the office a good review, but an incident and how it was dealt with changed my mind and they get 1 star. Without going into great detail: We had issues with getting the insurance information and our'estimate' correct. They cracked a tooth during the surgery and I was was told ' well you signed the consent form and these things happen, so we are not liable. ' they blamed my son and his'bad teeth ' they said that would never happen during surgery. It indeed did happen during surgery. I was also scolded at the office for voicing my opinion on their Fb page. God forbid someone tells about the mistakes they make. 'FB is not the place for this discussion ' says Dr Rose. So proceed with caution when subjecting your teeth to them. They will do what they want and leave you with no recourse because you signed a consent.

Fantastic! Entire staff very friendly, informative and caring. Dr. Rose is great, especially for someone who is leery of dentists! Hardly any pain, shots were uncomfortable but not bad! Would definitely recommend!
