We visited Northwest for a consultation with Dr. DIckey on the removal of our son's 4 wisdom teeth. Our son arrived with nervous energy and fear of having his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Raymond Dickey, eased his fear from the time we entered the room until exiting. We are looking forward to the next appointment with Dr. Dickey! Very professional and took the time to explain the procedure in a manner of understanding for our 16 year old.

I had a referral (for 2 weeks out) from my regular dentist to see the Dallas office regarding a cracked molar. During the wait, things went sideways and I ended up spending 3 days in the hospital getting an abscess infection under control. Dr Rosenthal saw me at the afternoon consultation and immediately had his office fit me in for an extraction the next morning in his Acworth facility. He explained what needed to happen and answered all of our questions. The morning of the surgery, I was super chatty because I was so nervous but his surgical assistant (Sade?) was absolutely amazing. She made me very relaxed, comfortable, and at ease. She was a blessing when I was a bundle of tension from spending the previous days in the hospital. I will always be thankful for how fast Dr Rosenthal and his staff took care of me when I needed help. I try not to get annoyed for having a doctor's appointment bumped or rescheduled for an emergency patient. It was a bit of a reminder that, as patients, sometimes we all need to have patience. I am extremely grateful for their dedication and I am relieved to be on the healing side of this experience.

These guys are awesome. They communicate very well so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure to extract a wisdom tooth was very quick and painless. They were also on time which if you've been to many medical facilities is unusual these days.

this is our second time at Northwest Oral for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Rose and staff are fantastic!!! Would recommend this practice to everyone!

My daughter setup an appointment. 2-3 weeks ago. She went and they told her that she needed her insurance info. I called them to give them the insurance and they said they acted t like they took the info and said they would look into it. My wife called today 7/20/2022 and they told her they doll no longer accept insurance and are cash only. And that this policy started back in January. They even gave my daughter a quote that looks like her insurance is covering part of the payment. I believe this dentist is making customers believe they are being covered by insurance but then charging full price by overpricing estimates. They should be investigated by the insurance commissioners office.

Waited a week for my appointment, wasted my time travelling here and then the front desk lady tells me that my insurance doesn't work because "I can't see why". Why the hell did you not inform me this before I wasted my time coming here?

My surgery was fast and successful. I am happy with the results. I felt a little rushed to leave after the surgery by a staff member, but overall I was happy. The consultation was pleasant, my doctor/surgeon was amazing. He was detailed in explaining what would happen during the procedure. Even during the procedure, he was kind and gentle and explained everything. He is amazing. I'm glad my dentist recommended/refereed me to the Dallas location of Northwest oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

I went to them for a consultation and everyone was so awesome. They took the time to explain what I needed to do and get done. The day of my sedation went great no pain that afternoon or night, I felt great. I'm very happy I came to them.

My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed. From the moment we came into the office for the consultation we were greeted by such professional and welcoming front office staff. During the consultation we were thoroughly informed on what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. The day of the surgery the staff put my son at ease. The post surgery instructions were so helpful and truly helped my son recover quickly. I appreciate the calls from the staff to check on my son. Additionally, the return phone calls are quick when you call with any questions or concerns. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!

I love Dr. Vanderwater My husband had extensive dental surgery and he was great. So, being "terribly afraid of any dentist" .I had my exam and decided he would do my extraction. Everyone treats you with love and care SO I chose to schedule my appointment. My experience was exceptional. I chose to be asleep for the procedure and woke up experiencing NO pain. After resting ....my day was Fantastic The are a great team

My girlfriend had to use this place to have her wisdom teeth taken out and then because they have to use a call center they will not give you a direct line to them. This is all done so they can just not call back after leaving messages with the call center 6 hrs ago! And now my girlfriend is going to have to wait through the entire weekend to try AGAIN to talk to them. I'm sorry I'm not sure how a business can be run so impersonal, they seem to give off the impression that they really don't care... I would suggest to ANYONE who needs any surgery. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
