Got a recommendation from my primary doctor for this group. Decided to drive from Esst Cobb to their Acwotth office because of scheduling. Dr. Rosenthal and his staff were some of the most professional and kindest folks I have ever been to in my 69 years. I had to have 19 extractions done and some large tori removed. Did the surg we ry st Wellstar outpatient in Acworth. Everything went great. I had almost no pain later and it all healed quickly. I recommend Dr. Rosenthal and his team without hesitation.

Dr. Rose was fabulous. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. He has a great bedside manner, explained everything very well...answered all of our questions, was patient and kind. Procedure went well. Very thankful and highly recommend!

Dr Rose is the absolute best!! We have used him several times and we have always been pleased. The front office staff at the Acworth office is very polite and helpful. Nurses were top notch and answered all of our questions.

Dr. is very good but BEWARE billing department is horrible. After 8 months, I received an invoice and Jennifer threatened me to send me to collections because according to her I should have receive a bill back in July of 2021, The weird thing is why wait 8 months to follow up? When I finally got a bill and called, she said that lucky me, I should have sent to collections because they only send one bill, which I never received until this one, this week. I can't believe that after spending thousands of dollars at this facility, they treat a customer like this for less than $30 that they assumed I own them. Since they determined what insurance would pay and had me pay the balance up front, there should not been anything left due. I am sending payment because I don't have time for this. Makes me feel like it's just a scam to get more money. Guess they need it more than me. Please be aware that if you use this practice, you might ended up with a big bill and you won't know about it until they send you to collections. So disappointed with this practice.

We had to take our three year old in for tooth removal and they were the nicest people ever! They made George feel so comfortable and had him laughing and smiling the entire time.

I have such bad anxiety when it comes to dentists, but I finally got my wisdom teeth out here. They are very nice and made me feel comfortable. Im healing up now and glad I got it over with!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and they were super nice and very professional. They do try to charge $200-$300 for an iv pain medication but if you tell them you just want the normal pain medication, they will do that with no problem. I will definitely come back here if I need anything else done in the future.

**Update to your response** If you look at many of your negative reviews, they involve miscommunication pertaining to quoted prices. I am aware that mistakes happen. My main complaint was the way I was treated by Taylor and Heather at the Acworth office. There isn't any reason for a client to ever be treated the way I was treated. Wishing me the best does not change the fact that I took a day off from work, drove back and forth between your offices, and was subjected to unprofessional conversations about current and former staff. If you look at my account you will see that I have paid non insurance prices in the past without complaint because I felt Dr. Rose's services and the Powder Springs staff were worth every penny. As I stated in my original post, It is very hard to write this review. It is also disheartening to know that you show know concern for the health of my teeth knowing that you started an oral procedure and now wish me the very best with getting it finished elsewhere. ********************************************* Original Post edited due to character space Today I had to see Dr. Rose at the Acworth office. I have never felt so disrespected as I was by Taylor and Heather who work at the front desk. They were rude, condescending, and dishonest. I arrived to my 11:15 appt at 10:30 and spent 40 minutes basically being told I was a liar because a former employee had given me information that Taylor and Heather refused to honor. I ended up driving over to the Powder Springs office where I was greeted with a smile and a tremendous amount of patience combined with active listening. Sherry and Angela were a Godsend and worked diligently to solve my issue. Unfortunately, by the time they got it solved it was noon. I still wanted to have my surgery done on this same day because I was in a great deal of pain. Sherry looked at Dr. Rose schedule and told me that she did NOT see any availability. I asked if she would call Acworth to see if they could squeeze me in especially since I had to cancel due to their unwillingness to help OR BELIEVE ME. Acworth did not answer so I thanked Sherry for trying and drove BACK to the Acworth office with my new evidence in hand. The Acworth office was closed and I had to wait 45 minutes before they returned from lunch. When I entered the office, I gave the papers/evidence from the Powder Springs Office to Taylor. She immediately started talking trash about Sherry saying that Sherry had no authority to make the fee approval. I interjected that Sherry didn't make the fee approval, Angela did. Once again I had to show yet another document for them to believe me. Taylor and Heather then began to talk about how Angela was going to get in trouble for making the approval and would lose her job just like Nicole did. All this was said in front of me. Heather then says to me that after I left their office the first time, Dr. Rose came to them and told them "absolutely not" to the fee approval. This struck me as odd because the last time I saw him, I told him what Nicole was trying to obtain from my insurance company and he was pleased. He told me to make my appt for my implant as soon as Nicole obtained the necessary information. Anyway, Heather then got on the phone to call the Powder Springs office to express her displeasure with them; mind you, Taylor nor Heather would call the Powder Springs office when I requested they do so hours earlier when they didn't believe me. I then asked to speak with Dr Rose. Taylor tried to discourage me by saying there would be a wait. I sat about 39 minutes when Taylor called me to the window to say that Dr. Rose REFUSES to see me. I was speechless. I could not believe the same man who spent 20 minutes talking to me about autism and who allowed a brilliant HS student who was shadowing him, to spend time speaking with me about her research project; would now refuse to speak with me for 5 minutes about my aching tooth.

Dr. Rosenthal and his team were very kind and helped me get in as an emergency Patient on a Monday morning to pull an abscessed tooth. I was very scared but they put me at ease and I was in and out with hardly any pain at all. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience. I was just telling everyone at my office how friendly and professional the entire staff was. I was most impressed with the level of care and concern from the dentist himself. After my daughter's surgery, the dentist made a point to walk out to our car to reassure us to call him for anything and to make sure my daughter made it to the car ok.

The staff is great! Patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Michael Rosenthal explained everything he was doing so there were no surprises.
