4 stars only because they don't take dental insurance. HOWEVER, they do make filing a claim as easy as they can by providing a pre filled out form. Dr. Heggland is kind and easy to talk to, and the front desk folks are friendly. My surgery went well and Dr. Heggland called to check up on me afterwards, which I appreciated. Ultimately, grateful there's even a dental surgeon up here at all, and not a bad one at that.

Made to feel very comfortable and (relatively) pain free (why do dentists need such big needles!) during the whole procedure. All staff including Dr H are professional, incredibly nice, warm and friendly. That said hopefully i don't have to ever go back other than for a follow up..

Great friendly staff! It can be unnerving getting ready to be put under for a procedure, but Dr Heggland and his staff made it a very comfortable experience. My mouth is in great condition!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Heggland and his staff. Expert, caring, and professional. If you're looking for an oral surgeon, look no further. He's wonderful.

Been in a Dentist chair to much, but In DR. Hegglands chair, with his smooth voice and his experience I was done in 40 minutes, no pain, no nothing! What a great place to have your work DONE. SAY HI TO BELLA

These guys rock! They got me in on 1 hours notice to pull a muller that was infected and extremely painful. His diagnostic process had me way more confident than the dentist I had seen earlier that morning as the pain was radiating around my mouth and It felt like it was a completely different tooth that was hurting. It was fairly stuck in there but he managed to pull it out in one piece, cleanly. 5 Hours after surgery still very little swelling or pain at all. Very clean process, you can tell the man is very skilled at working with his hands. Thanks for your help guys!

Dr Heggland and his staff are wonderful. I've been to two other oral surgeons and his handling and care is top notch. Had an incorrect implants removed (inserted by a different dentist) and the procedure was painless (minus the after soreness to be expected). He is gentle even though the posts were not easy to remove! At the same time I got an implant inserted and that has gone really well too. Highly recommend!

Very frank and informative consultation. I knew exactly what to expect. Extractions were fast. Healing process was right on schedule without any complications. Very professional. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Heggland and his staff to make a stressful procedure end up seamless and successful. Everyone was professional and made us feel welcome and valued. Everything was communicated well, instructions were easy to follow, and all of our appointments were timely. My daughter had a great and easy recovery from her wisdom teeth removal.

The whole staff was amazing and very kind. Dr. H was gentle and talked me through everything he was doing. My procedure went smoothly. Follow-up was easy. They are the best!!!

Having a need for an oral surgeon is not something I wish on anyone. However, we are fortunate to have Dr. Heggland in our community. He is a skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He instills a sense of confidence and has a well run practice. I am grateful for his good care and expertise.

My daughter's wisdom teeth removal was went very smoothly. Dr. Heggland spent a lot of time explaining the risks and benefits of the procedure so she was comfortable with the process.

I had a wonderful (as wonderful as it could be) coronectomy with Dr. Heggland! Jordan & Tasha were the greatest to have in the room, they made me feel way more comfortable about the entire procedure! The team kept me laughing & relaxed the whole time, if you have anxiety about oral surgery or anything related GO HERE!
