The "examiner was extremely rude, always interrupting me, always making assumptions, and refused to shut her mouth and actually listen!!! The examiner should be fired but that won't happen due to the corrupt union.

Doctor was professional and direct. Tests were simple but seemed adequate. She told me my hearing was good, and gave me a name of a doctor to talk to about my balance issues.

I know the audiologist but her approach was pleasant and helpful in that she explained everything in detail which I liked! Above all, very professional and a more positive experience than I thought possible!
