We had the best care with Dr. Matthias when he removed several of my seven year old's teeth. He made all of us feel at ease about the procedure! Great doctor and great care! Highly recommend!

Super caring staff. I never knew what hit me and that was my intention. Total knockout and wake up to no teeth. Now if only the dentures or as good as the surgery. Feel like I have a mouthful of marbles and just can't seem to get used to them. But that's not they were all surgeon's fault. He did his job perfectly and they are all so friendly.

I came in today and had surgery on my wisdom and my moler next to it. I was out for maybe an hour and when I woke up I felt better than when I came in. They welcomed me and made me feel calm and very ensured about the person that would be operating on me. I feel alot better when I am home and resting than I could ever be and I want to thank the staff and doctor Donald L Gosset for this amazing experience. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs to have oral surgery.

I am writing this for my boyfriend because he doesn't write reviews BUT from what I can see we love this guy! He's a great Dr/Dentist. Very personable, very cordial, informative, talks to you not above you. His staff is very friendly and even called to check on John a day later before he even had the tooth pulled. Got him back in asap ECT... We all around enjoyed the appt. Would definitely recommend him.

I am always so nervous about any dental appointment. Dr. Taylor and his staff are amazing at making you feel comfortable and well informed. My anxiety level goes way down. And even though I have had several procedures, injections, and extractions, I have never had any discomfort. In fact my discomfort afterwards has been virtually nonexistent too. Dr. Taylor and his nurse Carrie are the best!!!

Very friendly and they seem to understand how some people fear having dental work.. It does cost extra but they will sedate you if you need it. Clean rooms.

NW MO Oral surgery helped me when other dental surgeons in Kansas City could not get to me for a long time. I had 2 teeth abscess about 2 weeks ago, 1 being a wisdom tooth; they needed to come out and soon. Since I needed them removed surgically, due to the proximity to the nerves, my regular dentist recommended I take the opportunity to have all my wisdom teeth extracted. My local dental office called all over Kansas City trying to get me into a trusted place that could take care of me soon. They turned to Saint Joseph and I am so glad they did. This was the only place that could. They squeezed me in immediately for a consultation and performed my surgery the next week (which was today 6/6/18). Dr. Matthias took care of me and did a great job. He is knowledgeable and informative, and I truly have the sense he takes pride in the quality of work he and his staff do. All the staff was wonderful, attentive, and caring. My dental insurance isn't the greatest and I feel like my portion was absolutely fair for the quality of care I received. Should I need additional dental work in the future, NW MO Oral Surgery is my first and only stop!

I was sent by my dentist to have them remove a broken tooth. Was told to come in for a consult to talk about what they would do. Dentist took 3 x-rays and said they would send them over. Get there and what is the first thing they do. Take more x-rays, talk to the doctor and he tells me what he is going to do. Send me up to the lady at the front for her to charge me $360 for the x-rays and tell me how expensive this is going to be and does not make an apt for me. Told me just to call back. When I asked if she was going to set me an apt for the surgery we just talked about, she looked at me and said oh I can get you with the lady who sets the apts. So I just went in and was charged $360 for more x-rays, then was told how much it will cost and was told to have a nice day. I will be going somewhere else that actually cares that I have a tooth issue and wants to help me, instead of just bill me for MORE x-rays.

This has been a great experience. Everyone has been wonderful. My significant other and I traveled from Ohio as a traveling nurse. I have been ICU for 25 years and your welcoming and prompt care was above and beyond. Thank you so much. KUDOS

I recently took my 9 year old to see Dr. Taylor to have some roots removed. Dr. Taylor was accommodating, kind and making my son feel at ease. In addition the procedure was a easy with no complications. I could not recommend Dr. Taylor and his staff enough

Horrible experience..drove 3 hours in my car, 3 kids, 95deg weather to an appointment only to be told my insurance was inactive...staff was very rude and told me to contact insurance provider..contacted them, insurance was confirmed to be active by rep. There was a minor issue with their computer update, so rep tried to give verbal authorization...staff refused..spent an hour on the phone getting info faxed over only to be told it would take 24hrs before i could reschedule appointment... Staff was very rude and extremely impatient had no sympathy whatsoever..i took a whole week off of work expecting to have wisdom teeth removed today.. Plus spent $60 in gas traveling back and forth.. Staff even had the nerve to shove paper in my face, while stating twice, IN-ACT-TIVE..IT WAS HUMILIATING!! To top it all off, my insurance is in fact ACTIVE..
