I have been bringing my kids here but after the first visit this practice has only got worse. I have noticed a Dental Assistant only wears the bottom of her scrubs which is not a big deal just looks unprofessional but she proceeds to not use gloves I thought maybe the Dr. would of said anything but she seemed relaxed and unbothered by it and din't say anything. Not sure how this practice is still open won't be coming back.

My kids had a great experience! Both of my children have been traumatized by previous dentist experiences but the staff and dentist at Northwest Kids Dental were wonderful!

Staff is very friendly, even during our end of the day appointment. They didn't make us feel rushed or bad.

When we first started taking our kids here, we received great service from everyone we dealt with. With each visit after, the service we received got worse. The front office staff is friendly but that doesn't help once the visit starts. I took my daughter in about 4 months ago to have a tooth removed. The dental assistant allowed me back to help with keeping her calm. When my daughter was almost calm enough to allow them to give her laughing gas and pull the tooth, the dental assistant decided that I needed to leave the room, which of course made my daughter anxious and made the whole process start over again. She then came to the waiting room and was visibly annoyed and told me that they might not be able to complete the procedure. I told her that I could help keep my daughter calm and they could finish but she refused to let me help. On our visit today I had forgotten about the dental assistant and of course my daughter ended up getting her again. Once again, my daughter was nervous and she was condescending and dismissive when I said I could help. I wish I knew her name but I'm sure we aren't the first parents to notice her behavior. We won't be bringing our children back here and she should be fired to avoid losing any more patients, there are too many great options in the area to put up with poor service.

My kids have been going here for many years, unfortunately after Dr. Marie Green left, the practice has been going down hill. I have noticed that some of the services had changed so I went to question it, the only one available was the lady at the front desk, so I went to ask her about it......she is pretty rude, she was on the phone and told me I needed to leave the area because I wa violating the HIPPA law..... I guess she is obvious to the fact that I am a paying client and if she is on the phone with a client, she is violating the HIPPA law and not me. They no longer have a dental hygienists, so it was one lady doing all of the work for the kids for xrays and a partial cleaning. The dentist mentioned they no longer have a hygienists because they are not busy enough, which tells me lots of clients are leaving the practice.

I was very uncomfortable today with my visit. I have 3 kids and I was not allowed to stay with all 3 of my children. Mind you we were the only ones in that office at that moment and no other family after us either. From the receptionist who made a comment of my 2 year old "Having a lot of energy today" to the dental assistant rushing me out of the back with him seemed to be very annoyed with my child. I didn't feel comfortable leaving 2 of my kids behind nor did they feel comfortable staying either. With that being said I didn't get any feedback of the appointment so I had to ask what all was being done and what all I needed to do. Staff seemed to be hurried. Meaning I just felt rushed over all. I feel as a pediatric dental office they should make all children comfortable and they failed doing that today.

Children have a Right to be with their parent. This vacility is failing in basic human rights. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE NEAR YOUR CHILD WHILE PROCEDURES ARE UNDERGONE. Very disapointed.

Dstaff are fantastic! since we walk in til we leave they treat you like family not just another invoice they truly care for their patients everything is explained clear as day repeatedly so there is clear communication for patients my daughter had a lot of work done on her teeth for cavities and other stuff she was sedated and they gave her such compassionate care ! I was not nervous to leave my little girl at their care . I would definitely be using for future dental services for my children thank you !

My daughter really liked her dentist. She was very nervous to go back by herself (covid restrictions) but said as soon as she was in the back they were very nice and she wasn't nervous any more. They did say I could come back if she got nervous and I saw to other patients who came back out to get there parent so I felt better after that. Honestly they were fast efficient and my daughter left very happy and excited to go back again.
