Two thumbs down! This place is awful. Unfortunately, it's the only local place that accepts medicaid. Save your money and go to a better dentist office locally or drive to KC where they actually care about you. This place is a joke!

Dr Kreb told me there was nothing left inside my gum where he pulled a tooth when I begged him to look again because I could feel there was. This was almost 6 weeks ago. My jaw has since been swollen and all he wanted to do was call in meds not see me. Tonight I finally dug the non existing tooth pieces out due to the pain.

This place is such a joke! From trying to schedule 3 fillings out over an year and a half. To now being stuck with the bill because they coded everything wrong with both insurance companies. I will never take my children back again! And I will NEVER recommend anyone there! The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because it will not let me post my feed back without it

Horrible. Can't say one good thing about this place. Disorganized and rude staff. One of the nurses is always hateful. Robin. My kids complain about her and turns out my sisters kids say the same thing not to mention my own encounters with her. Go somewhere else.

Every time I call here, I have a hassle scheduling an appointment. I was referred here for a root canal, which they said they could not do. After paying $742 at an endodontist I thought the worst was behind me. I called the day after my root canal to make the appointment for my crown. I had to wait a week for a call back and was told they had to get prior authorization from my insurance first. Okay, fine. Then they told me they would let me know how much it costs. I was confused and said, "It goes off a sliding scale, right?" Crowns do not go off a sliding scale, they are full price. No one explained this before my root canal. They literally wasted my time. I wouldn't have wasted $742 on a root canal, I would have just had the tooth pulled if I had known I would be paying full price for a crown. Today I called because I finally saved up enough for the crown. They told me I have to get established with another dental provider because the one I saw is going on maternity leave for 5 months. I currently have a dental abscess on another tooth and they won't schedule me. They said I had to have a cleaning and exam first and those are booked out until June 2022. I did schedule an appointment for January 11 (over a month away and I'm sure the infection in my tooth will be horrendous by then unless I visit the ER). I literally hate this place but I can't afford thousands at a traditional dentist. These people do not care. Like at all.

First time here yesterday , the staff and my dentist were awesome,, had a tooth pulled, that was in alot of pain and they got it taken out quickly, and I fill 100 percent better today,, thank you!

Called exactly at 7am, asked to explain my issue, explained my issue, and then I'm told "we can't help you" after explaining that I have a bad tooth that needs to be pulled because it's causing me oral pain. Thanks for telling me to go screw myself, now I know why this place doesn't even have three stars

Only been here a handful of times and the staff are friendly but have ended up with terrible tooth pain twice. Don't want to give pain meds, don't solve the problems sufficiently. They didn't even fix it the second time and set me another appt just in case. The tooth pain is worse. I don't recommend it. Go someplace else. Dry sockets and fillings that hurt.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude! Not all of them if I knew her name I would add it also. I've seen a couple people state the same thing, they need to get rid of her. She's rude enough to make a review letting others know what they will walk into.

From the moment I called for an emergency appointment to leaving the office, everyone was nice and very professional. Facility was clean, well kept. The doctor took time to explain the problems/procedure. I will definitely be going back.

I had really bad experience I had a really bad tooth infection they pulled it before doing any antibiotics and the numbing didn't work I felt everything and they yelled at me when i jumped worst pain ever was really scared to go back to dentist will never go there again
