Our dental office is a state of the art dental facility equipped with the newest technology, capable of handling all of your dental needs. All of our operatories are equipped with intraoral cameras that are able to show us, and you, the precise treatment you might attain on a television screen.
Dr. Chelle Trunk Jacobs was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but lived there only briefly. She and her four siblings were Air Force brats, but now consider Azle their home since they moved here in 1983. Dr. Jacobs is also an identical twin and graduated from Azle HS in 1986. She was married to Mark Jacobs in 1991 and has three children.
Dr. Jacobss education includes an Associates Degree in Business and Liberal Arts from TCJC. She also has an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Pima CC in Tucson, Arizona. She later earned Bachelors in Biology from the University of Arizona, and went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Dr. Jacobs enjoy spending time with her large family, which includes her children, siblings, and nine nieces and nephews. She also volunteers for dental education in public schools to make sure every child gets a memorable lesson about their teeth.

Dr. Jacobs and their staff are the best. I've been a patient for almost a year now and cannot say enough good things about them. They are so knowledgable and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. They are transparent about everything, and ensure that you understand every procedure. Cleanings with Angel were especially nice and the dental assistants always offer you a blanket if you're cold in the room.

The best dental team in the area! They are kind, compassionate and truly care about their patients. The assistants are amazing, the hygienist is extremely sweet, and the front office ladies are a hoot. Dr. Jacobs has done an amazing job treating every patient like family so they can call Northwest Family their dental home. Definitely stop by if you are looking for a place to feel comfortable and at ease with your dental needs

I love the hot towel they give you to freshen up with at the end of an appointment. The towels have nice smells like lavender and peaches. Wonderful experience.

I've been coming here for many many years and the service has always been fantastic!!! I love Dr Jacobs ! And my hygienist Angell is awesome!They make things very comfortable and they are all very friendly. Lydia always reminds me a couple of days before my appointment ( because I'm old) and this is very helpful for me. I highly recommend this office.

Very Friendly and cares about the health of your teeth not just rushing a patient through the doors. They spend plenty of time with you and explain everything they are doing and why. They did the best teeth cleaning I have every had done.

Dr. Jacobs and the entire NW Family team are wonderful. They've taken care of my entire family for several years. We appreciate how thorough they are with our dental care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Call me weird, but I really enjoy my visits to the dentist!
