Dr. O'Connor and his staff were incredible! He treated my root canal by being personal, professional and kind. It is tough to feel comfortable when you are in so much pain but he and his staff made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had a root canal done today at Northwest Endodontic specialists by Dr.O'Connor. I had a great experience! He was clear in explaining the what, why and how and the procedure went flawlessly. Office staff was very friendly and caring. I will definitely be back for any future. Dental needs.

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. O'Conner, assisted by Dedre. They were fantastic-keeping me as comfortable as possible and was actually pain free. The entire staff including Kelly and Victoria were extraordinarily professional and at the same time nice and fun. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do I know where I am going.

I am so thankful I found this office. I have three small kids two of whom go to preschool, but my 10 month old stays with me full time. We don't live around family so appointments like this often cause me extra stress on top of the stress of the actual dental work. On my first visit they allowed me to bring my daughter. I was so thankful for this as I really needed this treatment asap. Then for my actual procedure day the women at the front desk actually watched my daughter for me so I could have my procedure done! It was a god send. I have no idea who would have been able to watch her or when without these amazing women. All of the staff from beginning to end are warm and friendly. The doctor was quick and efficient and I didn't feel a thing. Can't recommend this office enough!

The endodontist worked on me for 3 hours trying to save my tooth and could not very difficult job to be an endodontist I appreciate the expertise

I'm normally very nervous with dental procedures. As this was my first root canal, I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Odum and staff were very informative and explained every step and made me feel very comfortable as we went along. Great staff and doctor!

Dr. O'Connor and Dedra are an excellent team! They took very good care of me, explaining everything that they were planning on doing; and producing exceptional work. Equally important, I enjoyed witnessing the respect that they have for each other. I would definitely recommend Northwest Endodontic Specialists!

Needed to get a root canal done and they were very quick about getting me in for an appointment. Staff was very friendly and and the procedure went extremely well. The Dr communicated with me the entire time so I knew what was going on. Very pleased with this experience and service!

It was a painful experience due to complications in the anatomy of my "canals" but Dr Odom and his assistant did a great job, took my pain seriously, and did everything in their power to make me feel better. They were patient and understanding. Dr Odom was skilled and detail oriented. Never once was i made to feel like i overreacted. I have a lot of trauma from previous dental and mouth procedures (not from Dr Odom) and he and his staff couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding. Have to go back in two weeks and although I'm dreading it because i hate dental procedures, i know I'll be in good hands. Thank you Dr Odom and Trisha (i think that's her name, but she's his assistant and i adore her). Also the front office staff were so compassionate towards me before and after my procedure. Offered me water and ibuprofen. Very reassuring and kind. Doing the best they can possibly do in a situation that is NOT pleasant for anyone, let alone someone who has a history of dental trauma.

If you can call a root canal enjoyable this was it, Dr Odum was concise in his evaluation, performed the procedure while keeping me informed about what was expected.
