Had two root canals only to have both teeth either fracture or have other complications and then need to be extracted. So instead of just pulling the tooth and getting an implant I had to pay for root canals and then pull the teeth and get implants anyway which, forgive the pun, bites. Was it bad luck? Should the Endodontist have been able to spot that the teeth were likely to fracture? I can't say, but it feels like I ended up with the worst possible outcome in both cases. The root canals that they performed were fast and painless. The doctors, staff, and doctor's assistants were friendly and helpful and if the outcome were different I would be leaving a 5 star review. Unfortunately for me the outcome was awful. Caveat emptor.

Dr. Albert Goerig was an absolute expert. He put me at ease quickly, listened to my needs and met them, and was efficient in the time he took to perform the operation. It was one of the fastest and most comfortable dental experiences I have ever had. The dental assistant James was excellent as well and both work well together synchronously. I was in and out in around 45 minutes and I had a slightly more unusual root pattern needing to be addressed.

Great experience, not that anyone wants to go to the dentist...but super fast and efficient. Very confident in the Dr and assistant's skills.

I was referred to Northwest Endodontics Specialists after having a pretty traumatic experience with another dentist resulting in the need to have a root canal done. Dr. Albert Goerig and his assistant Stacey treated me with compassion, care and genuine concern. They listened to me and validated my feelings of apprehension around next steps. Dr. Goerig was so pleasant and gentle with the numbing process (which I despise by the way). He used humor to calm my nerves and to make me comfortable. If I could give 10 stars I would. I left their office feeling a lot better and I'm forever great full. Thank you Northwest Endodontics for operating from a patient centered- patient care model.

Never thought I would say this related to having dental work done. Today was a very good experience. A no pain root canal in a place where competence and moral is obviously great. Smiles, helpful and laughter. A great Dr and great assistant, both obviously knew and enjoyed their jobs. I would highly recommend Northwest Endodontic Specialists.

Literally the best dental experience I've ever had. They were so kind! Dr. Goerig is so fast and friendly! Jimmy was my favorite! He explained everything Abe made me feel super comfortable. Honestly never thought I'd be comfortable out like being at a dental office but they made the experience awesome. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!! I don't want more dental work but if I did I'd know where to go for sure!!! I hope Jimmy becomes a dentist or endodontist! Sign me up!

I waited a lot longer than I should have to have this endodontic treatment and I feared the tooth might need to be extracted. Dr. Goerig was able to save my tooth, and his updates of where we were during the procedure helped to tamp down my level of anxiety. The office staff was pleasant and professional.

My first time there amazing!!! They were so sweet and nice. The assistant (Stacey) for my doctor noticed my anxiety and helped calm me down. And Dr. Goering was straight to the point. Great experience overall.

Had my first root canal with Dr. Goerig, with Stacey assisting. It was so much better then I expected. They were fast, gentle and in good humor. I was so nervous about the procedure, but it was just Luke a filling, even better then some ai have had. I would highly recommend.

After weeks of suffering from what I thought was a sinus infection (terrible headaches, nose issues, neck pain, post nasal drip) I realized that a left side upper tooth that had a root canal a 1 1/2 prior at NW Endodontics was tender & maybe this was the issue. I went in and had a scan taken. Dr. Lee was with me that day and she told me I had two lower teeth with issues that they needed to be extracted and she would have to consult with 'David' about the upper tooth that had the root canal. I asked if this justified the suffering I experienced as I had been to ENT & doctors & taken antibiotics with no answers or relief. She simply said "NO". So now I leave with no answers for what is going on AND apparently I need two teeth pulled to top it off. :( I didn't trust this response! I ended up finding another fantastic Endodontist and he performed root canals on the bottom teeth & saved the teeth NW Endo wanted to extract. Wow! I also found out that NW Endo had missed a root on the top tooth that they did a root canal on a 1 year ago. I ended up having that tooth extracted because it was causing issues in my sinuses and couldn't be saved. I would not recommend NW Endodontics to anyone. I have never written a bad review, but this was earned. And, they charged me 150+ for the scan and placed it on a pen drive that no other dentist/oral surgeon or endo could open. My new endo does this xray/scan for free as part of the consult. FYI

Competent and professional. However, when I came in for emergency oral surgery and my insurance was maxed out, they refused me any kind of cash discount- that's right, I paid just under 2000.00 cash out of pocket. This has never been my experience with dental practitioners before. They seemed offended by the question of the cash discount!

Dr Lee and Max are national treasures! This was my first root canal and I remember hearing horror stories from relatives. My anxiety was through the roof. The front desk really set the mood. They were pleasant, complimentary on my Disney apparel and fun to talk to. Then Max came. He was professional and explained things with a positive attitude. Very relatable. He's had some root canals before and was able to put me at ease with relatable experiences. Then Dr Lee showed up. Very personable, fun to talk to and not pushy when I was undecided. I even tried using the old "Oh it's about your lunch time, isn't it?" But that didn't work. I ran out of excuses and went for it. They were very accommodating the entire time. I was very comfortable and I didn't feel a thing. They offer gas, which I usually get for cavities, but I never needed it. By the end of it, I was blown away by the fact that Max and Dr Lee had turned a potentially dreadful experience into an amazing visit. The time flew by and I'm really glad I opted to get this done. Thank you Dr Lee and Max!

Dr. Behmayn and. His assistant Haylea we're very professional and very informative great bedside manner they walked me through the whole procedure with my root canal it was an amazing experience they make a great team I think everyone should have a root canal done by Northwest endodontics! I was advised of my aftercare procedures and I was also given a payment plan which helps me out a lot since I am on a budget and money is tight I am so forever grateful for Northwest endodontics my whole life is better because of them.
