As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Stephanie Yi grew up in Kent and went to Kentwood Highschool. She then attended the University of Washington and afterwards moved to California where she graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry. After graduating she moved back to the Seattle area where she met her husband and is happily married.
She lives in Federal Way and loves being in the community. She volunteers at community churches and abroad missions including China, Mexico, and Cambodia. She enjoys her free time by traveling and attending continuing education courses to further her commitment to provide excellent dental care.
Dr. Yi genuinely loves to meet people and is truly committed to delivering quality dentistry. She is dedicated to listening and providing gentle care to her patients while working together to achieve optimal oral health.

I recently broke a tooth which unfortunately needed a crown. The office staff got me in pretty quick and Dr. Yi did the work painlessly. She fully restored the tooth and it's like it never happened! I'm so happy with my dentist and all her staff are great too. :-)

If I could rate a zero star I would. Do NOT under any circumstances take your child or teen to this dental office. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNWILLING to work with any sort of anxiety/fear. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. They say my daughter tried to bite and kick them, yet my daughter and her step mother both states that did not happen. If you are searching for a new dental office this is most definitely NOT the place to go!

I've been a patient at this dentistry from 2013-2020, and I have decided to leave because of the poor scheduling due to the lack of understanding of my insurance policy. After trying multiple times to get an appointment, I got the runaround, and a headache. I'm only giving them two stars because the dentist herself was kind and courteous, but I did not appreciate the backup receptionist's problems understanding my insurance and visit frequency. I decided to switch late last year to a better and closer dentist to my house.

Have not been to this dentist in a while because I dnt like pain and the only gentle one is the asian lady. Plus when my daughter went after rescheduling her appointment. The lady at the front desk was rude and one of the dentist helpers was trying to compete with my daughters teeth and hers. We're just going to find another dentist.

I decided to try this office when my mom recommended here. I was expecting to spend at least 2 hrs like other dental offices I've been to starting with the wait in the lobby but when I got there they took me in soon after checking me in and having me fill out some documents. The treatment process went very smooth and I was out of the office in an hour! Dr.Yi thoroughly examined and cleaned my teeth and she took the time to explain areas with problems and how she will be treating those areas on my next visit. Overall, staffs were super friendly, dr explained everything easy enough for me to understand, and above all, I loved the short wait time

I've been going to this office for 20 years, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dental office. All of the employees throughout the years have been wonderful. The lovely office manager is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Yi seems quite knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. I've never had a poor experience there.

I just called this clinic for the first time and spoke with the office manager. She is beyond exemplary!!! She answered all of my questions with the proficiency and professionalism of a devoted and compassionate healthcare provider. She was very respectful, courteous, and a WEALTH OF INFORMATION! Susan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I can't remember the names of the other staff, but they are amazing and make you feel comfortable. I definitely will be coming back for my future dental appointments :)

Small place but a warm feel to it and the staff are wonderful. My 1st visit for teeth abstractions today went well. Although it took me forever to fully get numb, the Dr was very patient and her assistant made it easier for me to stay calm. I hate my oral hygiene but the staff and Dr makes me feel like I have a Million dollar smile... I am insecure about wearing upper dentures and a bottom partial, but after discussing my future plans of a nice smile, I am building my confidence back . I will recommend people to my new dentist.

A good friend of mine referred me to this office as I needed a LOT of work done. I would have no teeth left of it wasn't for this amazing group Of people! They have sat hours on hours working and restoring my teeth to white and shiny and healthy! I have referred everyone looking for a dentist to these amazing people. Dr. Yi is excellent. She explained everything well. I was comfortable and pain free. She is also very personable and friendly. No long waits either. Her staff is very thoughtful and nice. They explained my insurance benefits and helped me plan my treatment and billing. Very convenient location. Also, the clinic is tech savvy with text appointment reminders. The best dental experience overall in my lifetime really. Very much recommended if you need a dentist.
