a friend recommended northwest dental clinic. I needed full dentures and the first place I went to was a nightmare. But the team at northwest dental listened to my concerns and involved me in the whole process and I love my new smile...I truly appreciate these people and couldn't ask for anything more. you don't have to worry about anything here they treat you like family! Love it!

I've been to a few different places to get my dentures worked on and these guys by far have been the best and most experienced people that I've dealt with and feel very good about the it about the care and and attention to detail When other places I felt didn't do nearly as much and were nearly as experienced at these guys I would highly recommend them

7 years ago, my life was completely changed. A man and his daughter welcomed me into their business, set me in a state of comforting ease, and before the month was out, I was an entirely different man. My teeth (fronts of top and bottom) had been destroyed by bar room fights, motorcycle accidents and years of addiction. Val and Megan welcomed me. They made me feel at home. Now, 7 years and one really BAD motorcycle (head on) accident later, I am back scratching at their doorstep. "What, you only see me every 7 years?", says Val. Megan comes in, smiling to say hi... I have never been to a dentist that I liked or felt even remotely comfortable at. That is not the case here. I am being fitted for entire dentures, upper and lower. I have a wedding in 10 days. These things take 4 weeks. Knowing my plight, these people step into their phone booths, come out with their Super Dentist capes, and it is quite possible that I may be able to shave off my Sam Elliott mustache on the 12th of August. Even if my deadline cannot be reached, The incredible effort, honesty and genuine kindness from these folks is enough to rock any human being to their core. It is not an act. Their niceties are not a show. They have a light that shines outward, and you can feel the warmth from it when you open the doors. I had to write this fast, as my in laws are waiting for me to paint their home, but I needed to get this out. Thank you SOOOOOOOO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND YOUR GENEROSITY. I have had a great experience working with these people for what I would call a very daunting process, of finally coming to terms with the fact of needing dentures, as I'm still fairly young. I have had some not to great experiences along this path. And Val and his team have actually made it so very much better for me. Someone commented that Val's bedside manner makes even the most nervous patient at ease. And that is absolutely true. 100%. Him and Megan are rock stars, but cannot discount their amazing staff, assistants and front office. I rarely ever say I'd recommend any kind of medical/dental business, but if anyone I know needs dentures, I would direct them here. Absolutely. Thank you NW Dental!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vallon Charron and his team - I would give ten stars if I could! We received top-notch care at every appointment and thorough the entire denture process - every team-member is kind, caring, and thoughtful. My mother's concerns were heard out and any questions or concerns were answered thoroughly; and Dr. Val's bedside manner would set even the most nervous patient at ease. I would recommend anyone considering dentures to go to Northwest Dental. Not only were was my mother well taken care of, but we received her set of dentures within a month - a speed we know we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. Thank you to Northwest Dental for a great patient experience!

Northwest Dental Services is the BEST place ever!!! My first visit to NW Dental was 4 years ago to get a new lower denture to my 6 remaining teeth. Dr. Val Charron is a highly-skilled denturist, who demonstrates exceptional patient care by taking his time for explaining of each detail of the procedure that I underwent, from listening carefully to all my questions/concerns to a dental model to make sure that my new custom-made denture will fit 100% to the mouth and match with my natural gum and tooth color. As the result, my lower denture has been fitted perfectly to my lower gum in just one visit - exceeded all my expectations!!! Last week, I visited the clinic by reason of my lower denture pink base restoration after 4 years of comfortable wearing. The front desk staff was very pleasant and competent and made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Dr. Vallan took care of me immediately. My lower denture was repaired in 2 hours with no charge as my insurance didn't cover this service. Thanks to Dr. Vallan, I saved hundreds of dollars I didn't have. Dr. Vallan Charron is a godsend to me and his clinic in overall. If I could give 10+ stars, I would!!!!! This place is amazing! I highly recommend a visit.

Great family ran business! It's personal, quality service & always fast. The doctors and nurses genuinely care. I would've gave them a 5 stars but on my 1st visit the front office staff was adamant about wanting a payment before we even knew what my insurance was gonna cover (however it was partly my fault because I didn't want to use insurance or thought they accepted my insurance, so I was planning to POP) but still now I have paid $500 extra I feel, but can't get a solid answer from the front office other than "you have a credit on your account"although it doesn't say how much! But like I stated earlier love the doctors and they know what they're doing!!!!

Waited for the appointment a month, came to the clinic, explained my problem, they did x-rays and afterwards said that they don't provide services to fix my problem. Was still charged $120. Just wondering why not say it on the phone when I was making an appointment? Or even right when I came to the clinic? The staff is very nice and polite though.

I love Northwest Dental. Always get a timely appointment and very friendly staff. I had my lower denture break and because of a defect they replaced it with no charge. Saved me hundreds of dollars I didn't have. This place is awesome!

Went there because my teeth wear rotting and breaking and I couldn't even open my mouth without being embarrassed let alone eat without pain so I tried this place out and I was not disappointed Val and his team took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with there work I told him what I wanted and he put together a plan, I was smiling a few weeks later. If you want to get your smile back or just need some routine work give this place a try you won't regret it!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Doctors, nurses & staff at the Northwest Dental Services in Tacoma WA. The atmosphere is calm, clean and comfortable. Northwest Dental Services has medical staff that are professionals with great customer service. In addition, a special thanks to Doctor Vallan Carron DPD, who is truly amazing, I observed Dr. Vallan Carron as someone who is highly competent, organized, caring and fun.
