Great dental practice. Very responsive to patient service needs. Doctors and all staff very welcoming. Perhaps the best dental service I have ever seen anywhere, anytime in the last 60 years.

All of the staff were very compassionate, empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental. I was highly impressed with their communication as they explained next steps, timelines, and expectations moving forward. A dreaded situation I've avoided was made fixable and better because of their team. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Dickovich. I'm very grateful for her.

NW Dental; highly professional, excellent service. Dr. Sperling was my dentist for years...he was great, happy for him to retire but sorry to lose him. Dr Hanson is now my dentist and i have to say I am very happy with his professional style, his attention to detail, and his "taking his time to get to know his patients" is a definite plus.

Very nice, clean and friendly practice. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called to help me with an issue I was having with a temporary bridge. I am a Mayo patient from out of state. Very pleased with dentist and staff !!

I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at NW Dental Group. I have been so very happy with the nice wonderful staff there. They always treat me like I am their number 1 patient. Not to mention the great work they have done on my teeth. Love this group.

Dr. Lim is hands down THE worst dentist I've ever met. I'll be honest: I had to cancel my appointment 3 times (Covid, flu, family emergency). They got notice and I told them if it was inconvenient I'd keep the appt. Dr. Lim decided (even though I had an emergent case) that I was no longer welcome at the practice. They said my card declined payment (never informed me). I offered to switch out the outdated card and immediately pay the full balance before services were even completed. All communication was polite. Nope, just ... you are not welcome here. Ultimate reason: you have inconvenienced my schedule. No policy has been violated. Nothing has ever been discussed as an issue. Just one day... you're no longer welcome here because Dr. Lim said so... we are really sorry you have an infection hopefully you can figure that out...we'll refer you somewhere. I'm not someone that ever says this... but 100% feel profiled. Feel free to go here and feel welcome if you are a wealthy looking Caucasian person. They'd be super happy to accommodate you in every way. Anything else... look else where. I tried my best to inform the owner. No luck so far...just thought she should know that this is an issue among her staff. Hopefully she cares. If you go there. Really hope you're treated better than I was... it was really devastating.

Very clean. Staff was friendly. I've never been to a dentist office this efficient. I didn't feel rushed, but the team worked together seamlessly making my visit quick and painless. They also have neck pillows, blankets, noise cancelling headphones, and TVs.
