I am really impressed with Northwest dental group in Byron. The staff are friendly and helpful. My son chipped his tooth, and they were able to get him in right away. My son was super nervous and had a lot of questions. Dr Meyer was very patient. He did an amazing job making him feel at ease. Explaining to him everything he was going to do and showed him the tools he was going to use. Highly recommend!

Made appointment for fillings for my child. Filled out paperwork and explained she had already had cleaning but because of insurance had to switch. Said they would get records. Had to have husband bring her and they did not seem to know what appt was for did ex rays and said they would do a cleaning to see if she really had cavities to fill. Dentist also made negative remarks about previous dentist who we really do like and would have stayed with. They gave her silver fillings even though all others were white and did not ask me on paperwork I did not put anyone else as authorized to make decisions. I should have went myself to visit but thought it was pretty routine.

The best Dental experience anyone could ever have. Going to the dentist is usually not on the top of anyone's wish list, but Dr. Meyer and his staff are the best. Everyone in Byron is kind, very friendly and truly professional. So glad I chose Northwest Dental
