I do not recommended to go this place if you don't want your teeth will be cracked or lost because doc Liu's careless and don't trust ex ray his assistant took for you they are not qualified and don't get be good trained and certified. You have to lost more money to go different place to fix his mistake and he charge you a lot on your insurance

Excellent place. I made the mistake of going elsewhere recently, and was given a several thousand dollar "treatment plan", whereas for the same issues Northwest Dental applied some sealant where needed, and said that anything further wasn't necessary. One time in the past I DID need a cavity filled, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say I don't even know when or if they used a needle for the local anesthetic. It was the most painless thing I've ever experienced at a dentist! This is an honest, skilled, and incredibly friendly group of dentists and hygienists. I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Liu is incredibly talented. I came in after being referred and needing a lot of dental work done. I've never had a dentist give better numbing shots, he did a wonderful job on a cap that I needed and fixed a chip in one of my teeth. All look amazing and have had zero issues. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Liu and even though I had no pain with my teeth, he said I had two cavities that needed filling. He said that my bottom left tooth had a tiny dot on the outer side of my tooth that required a very small filling. When I came back to get the work done, he froze my face on the left and right side (which now I've learned is not best practice). I couldn't talk when I left the office because my entire face was numb. Then he drilled very hard and very fast down into the *top* of my bottom left tooth and completely hollowed the whole interior out. I thought this was odd, as he had told me previously that he was only going to fill the dot on the outer side of my tooth (which he never ended up filling in the end.) I've never had a dentist work so fast before and it was scary. After this dental work, my right tooth was so painful that I couldn't chew on that side of my mouth. Because there were so many red flags that popped up with Dr. LIU, I went to another dentist to get my tooth fixed. This new dentist requested my dental records from Dr. LIU'S office and his chart notes did not indicate which tooth he had worked on my left bottom side....this new dentist also said that he billed my dental insurance for a procedure that was never done. AND this new dentist found a new crack in my right tooth he had worked on! She explained to me that when a dentist works as quickly as what Dr. LIU had done on my tooth, that sometimes the filling will shrink if too few layers of filling are done, and thus will crack a tooth. This new dentist drilled out the filling Dr. LIU had put in my tooth previously. She found a whole bunch of decay under the filling he put in my tooth! So she drilled all the decay out that Dr. LIU had left and put a new filling in. She took pictures of all the decay he had left and my cracked tooth to give to my dental insurance company. Because my tooth was now cracked, I now needed a $1700. 00 crown on my tooth. So I cannot recommend Dr. LIU as a dentist.

Was here earlier today due to a dental emergency while travelling, and without a doubt this is the best dentist's office I've been to (and I've been to a LOT of dentists on account of being growing up with poor dental hygiene). The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the technology they use (at least that I'd seen) is all up to date. It was also notably cheaper than other dentists I've been to around the country, which works great for me since I don't have dental insurance. They even gave me the price for my treatment over the phone as I was booking it, rather than waiting until after they'd done the work to ambush me with it like I'm used to. Not only that, but it's the only dentist's office where I didn't feel rushed. Filling out all the paperwork as a new patient was a breeze, as they have it all computerised and one of the staff will basically just fill it out for you, asking you the questions directly rather than tossing a pen and a stack of paper at you. Speaking with the dentist, she took the time to explain what was going on and what treatment I needed, and was more than willing to help me work out how to fit that in with my current budget and situation. She really went above and beyond with keeping me in the loop while being confidently reassuring. If you have any dental phobia or anxiety in general, the calm, professional and friendly manner in which everyone here carries out their work cannot be beat.

I went about 2 years ago for a root canal, he did a very good job. He takes his time which i like. He is Very precise and professional. It was really hard finding a good dental clinic. I have went to multiple places, spent money and didn't get the job done. If not leaving with an additional problem since by accident they damaged my other tooth that was fine. That happened to me. I have never wrote a review. This is actually my first. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend NW Dental to anyone. You are never going to find better Dr, Staff and environment then here.They make you feel super comfortable! I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Liu and his staff. They treated me like I was part of their family, since the moment I walked in until I walked out. Everyone at the office is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They use the most advanced technology. Overall the best experience so far! Dr Liu is extremely professional and patient! Going to the dentist became a great experience thanks to Dr. Liu and his staff!!!

We brought my 5-yr son to several pediatric dentists in my local area for his cavities. Because he would not cooperate at all while sitting on the dental chair. all local dentists recommended sedation as the only option. Of course, we concerned the potential risk and complication might be involved with sedation. While visiting WA later from out of state, we went to see Dr. Liu and Dr. Nieh through friend referral. Both doctors were exceptionally friendly and patient to the young child to explain the procedures, tools, and what to expect (in terms of smell, sound, etc.) at each stage. As a result, my son was prepared and cooperative to get the cavities fixed. We were so delighted with excellent quality of dental work received at this clinic without needing sedation. Isn't this truly amazing? My son is not afraid of visiting dental office.
