Dr. Cook was born and raised in Rigby, Idaho. He attended Ricks College and also Utah State University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. With this background, Dr. Cook was accepted into the Idaho Dental Education Program (IDEP).

(This program is sponsored by the State of Idaho and accepts seven Idaho residents per year. The students attend their first year of dental school at Idaho State University and finish the remaining three years at Creighton Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska.) In May of 1996, Dr. Cook received his Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) degree with honors from Creighton Dental School.

Seeking further knowledge and training Dr. Cook chose to complete a 12 month comprehensive dental residency. His year of training was spent at the Sheppard Air Force Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Wichita Falls, Texas. These programs provide didactic and clinical experience in the areas of oral surgery and pathology, endodontics (root canals), orthodontics (braces), periodontics (gum disease), prosthodontics (dentures and crowns), pediatric and preventive dentistry, and many other facets associated with the dental profession.

Dr. Cook moved to Boise in July of 1999 at which time he joined Dr. Gordon Croft in private practice. In January 2001, Drs. Cook and Croft incorporated their partnership and formed Northwest Dental Center, P.A.

Dr. Bingham enjoys helping his patients achieve a smile that they love and building relationships of trust with his patients. He is experienced with general dental procedures that include fillings, extractions, root canals, same day crowns, bridges, and cosmetic work. He also does Invisalign and implants.

Dr. Bingham grew up in the Treasure Valley where his father, Dr. Michael Bingham, practices as an Endodontist. After graduating from Eagle High School, he then attended Brigham Young University and received his bachelors degree in English. Through the Idaho Dental Education Scholarship Program, he continued his education at Creighton University School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2014. Dr. Bingham is a member of the American Dental Association, Idaho State Dental Association and the Southwest Idaho Dental Association.

He has been married to his wife Sara for 10 years and together they have three children. Outside of the office, Dr. Bingham enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors backpacking, mountain biking and skiing.

Sheila is an Idaho native. She graduated from ISU with her degree Dental Hygiene in 1997. Prior to that, she was Dr. Crofts chair-side dental assistant. When she is not exploring the wilderness hiking or camping with her husband and their grown girls, she is gardening and raising her chickens!

Tracy is a native of Boise with over 20 years of dental experience. She started at Northwest Dental Center as a dental assistant. She continued her education in dental hygiene and graduated from the University of Bridgeport. Tracy is dedicated to the dental health care profession and is able to put her patients at ease and ensure a positive dental experience. She has been a continued member of the High Desert Sage Hygiene Study Club where she continues to advance her knowledge. In her spare time she loves the outdoors, visiting the ocean, traveling, anything Boise has to offer, and most of all spending time with her husband and her friends.

Jennifer is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She is originally from California but moved to Boise in 2021. She grew up spending summers in McCall and now loves being able to call Idaho her home. She graduated dental hygiene school in 2017 and has spent her career making sure her patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Outside of work she loves to travel and be outdoors.

Tina is our scheduling coordinator and a former dental assistant. She works hard to make sure our patients get their questions answered and are well taken care of while in our office. She loves seeing smiles enter and leave the practice. Between her husband and herself, they have 6 children and one grandson. She enjoys spontaneous travel when the opportunity arises, but also has a passion for interior design and home dcor.

Cassandra is a Dental Assistant for Dr. Bingham and has been here since 2014. She moved from Placerville, CA in 2013 and has loved Boise ever since! When shes not working you can find her participating in cross fit, yoga, line dancing or at a social event. Northwest Dental Center holds a special place in her hear as she met her fiance Zeke when he was a patient! Along with their love of travel they have a crazy border collie named Payton who keeps them entertained.

Becca is a Dental Assistant of 3 years and assists Dr. Cook. She is originally from Idaho Falls, but is happy to be in Boise to take advantage of all the plentiful hiking opportunities with her dog Winry. When shes not hitting the gym you can find her pursuing cozy campfires and starry nights.

Keely is a recent Dental Assistant graduate and Dr. Binghams newest assistant. As an Idaho native she naturally enjoys floating the river, hiking and kayaking. She can also be found at the movie theater enjoying the newest films with her boyfriend. They are thrilled to be welcoming their first child and begin the exciting adventure of parenthood.

Elisa puts patient needs and comfort above all. Her job is to assist the dentist and keep procedures running smoothly. Elisa was born and raised in Boise, Idaho where she graduated from Capital High School. She spent four years going to Boise State University where she planned to join a nursing program. However, the lure of working in a dental office where she could make a difference to improve patients smiles changed her career path. She then graduated from a local school called Assist To Succeed where she got the knowledge and skills that she shares with our office today. Outside of work, Elisa and her husband are entertained by spending quality time with their two kids.

Roxanna is an Idaho native and a die-hard Boise State fan! She graduated from Boise State in 1986 with her Dental Assisting degree. In 2002 she joined the Northwest Dental team as a bookkeeper/receptionist, before becoming the Office Manager in 2015. She loves being a wife, mother, and grandmother. When she is not at work, she loves being with her grandsons. She is now expecting her 1st granddaughter, and also enjoys supporting her kids drag racing (T&B Motorsport).

Brandee is our Insurance Coordinator. She grew up in Idaho and around the dental field. At a young age she decided the career path of dentistry and started working at Northwest Dental center in 2014. Brandee is a wife and mother of two boys. Outside of work she enjoys photography, drag racing, and just spending time with her family.

Nicole is the newest member of Northwest Dental Center. As an Idaho Native, she grew up in Boise and moved to Hawaii at age 21. After working on a para-sail boat and living the aloha lifestyle for 6 years, she started a family and moved to Arizona. Eventually making her way back to Idaho. She is new to the dental field but has been around dentistry her entire life. With her outgoing personality she will be a great addition to our dental family. As a working mother of two, she enjoys the outdoors and all things Disney.
