Dr. Jennifer Frankel has deep roots in our community. She, her husband Jonathan and their daughter have called Keizer home for many years. In addition to running a successful dental practice, Dr. Frankel has demonstrated her commitment to the community as an active volunteer with many organizations including the Boys and Girls Club.
Staying up to date on the newest and best advances in dental care is important. To do this, Dr. Frankel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, the Marion Polk Dental Society and the Marion Dental research group.
When not fulfilling the many demands of running a successful dental practice, you may encounter Dr. Frankel and her family at one of the Keizer areas wonderful parks. With her family, she enjoys hiking or firing up the barbeque in the backyard. When the weather gets cooler, Dr. Frankel enjoys a good book and a good Disney movie with her daughter. She fancies herself a certified expert on the lives of most of the princesses.

Recently transferred my dental care to this clinic and have been happy with the staff and care that was given. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and the providers spend an adequate amount of time and never made me feel rushed. The cleaning was very thorough and my hygienist was gentle and very pleasant.

Let me start by saying I have a really hard time going to the dentist. I always have, but going to Northwest Dental Arts has changed that! The staff is so nice and Dr. Frankel does such an amazing job. They will go at your speed and talk through anything and everything with you to make things more comfortable. I am so thankful for people that not only care about my teeth but care about me too!

Dr Frankel and her staff are superb I had not been to a dentist in years . My emotions were eased and felt very comfortable throughout the process my hygienist is a keeper fun to be around actually can't wait to go back so come see these people they're great .!!

My wife and I recently relocated to Salem from Prescott, Arizona, where we had 16 years of outstanding dental care from Dr. Leon Wachtel and his staff. Naturally we were apprehensive about finding a local dental office that would compare with the one we left behind. Well, NO MORE APPREHENSION! Thanks to a glowing referral from friends we have found our new dental home! I had my first cleaning, x-rays, and exam this morning and couldn't be happier. Lida in reception was very personable and helpful; Itzel (Dr. Frankel's assistant) who took my x-rays was very careful to make sure that there was no discomfort involved. My hygienist, Mindy, did a super-thorough job and took every care to make sure I was comfortable. (I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist .) Dr. Frankel's exam was also excellent, very comprehensive, and I enjoyed getting to know her. It was a very positive experience and I'm looking forward to having Northwest Dental Arts as my dental family for as long as I have teeth It's been two years now since Dr. Frankel and her staff started taking care of our teeth. I can say that their care and level of expertise continues to excel. They show great concern for my wife's special dental needs. Just this morning (9.11.20) I had to go in for a cleaning and Jodie, my hygienist, took such excellent care of me. We highly recommend them. *****stars again! 9/23/21 As always, you guys are tops. Thanks Jodie for keeping me in smiles . 10/6/22 When I went in to get my scheduled cleaning, I discovered that my hygienist for the past 4 years, Jodie, had left to be closer to home. I was a bit apprehensive about a new hygienist since she always did such a bang-up job. Well, I didn't have to worry. Maria did an excellent job, she was very gentle and thorough, just like Jodie. I give her two thumbs up! Looking forward to my next cleaning.

NW Dental is hands down the best that I have been to! I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Frankel and her staff are so nice and caring and actually listen to your concerns instead of just trying to do the bare minimum! If you don't go here, you should!

Dr. Frankel fixed a problem in a a few quick minutes what another dentist seemed to dismiss until future visits (all the while creating stresses on other teeth). She asked questions, listened carefully, and didn't make me feel like I was a difficult patient but one who had legitimate concerns for the health of my teeth. She got it done and for the first time in several weeks I can chew normally and without pain. Just a great experience all around.

I always enjoy my experience at NW Dental Arts. The atmosphere is pleasant, the workers are friendly and I really feel comfortable there. I would recommend the office to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff.

I have been extremely happy with my dental care at Northwest Dental Arts. Here, Dentistry really is taken to the level of Art by Dr Jennifer Frankel! I have had 3 crowns placed since going to see her, including one on a post I had left open for quite some time. I am happy with all! I leave feeling great about my oral care every time! The Hygienists & Dentist are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They created a clear plan with me in order to take care of numerous dental problems! Now, they are taken care of and I am doing follow-ups Thank you for the wonderful care!
