Excellent communication and wonderful staff! My daughter had to have her 4 impacted wisdom teeth out. She had never had surgery before and she was extremely nervous. They made her feel so comfortable. Not only did the staff keep me updated but Dr Donnarumma came out personally and spoke with me before and after the surgery. When we got home he personally called to check up on my daughter along with his staff. I would highly recommend Dr Donnarumma.

I had a great experience here getting my wisdom teeth out. The staff and the doctor was so friendly. They explained everything and made sure I was very comfortable. Everything was very smooth. I won't forget the doctor who was very kind, and especially the one nurse who was very sweet and soothing during the process. I'd recommend Northtowns to anyone.

I had a great experience here getting my wisdom teeth out. The staff and the doctor was so friendly. They explained everything and made sure I was very comfortable. Everything was very smooth. I won't forget the doctor who was very kind, and especially the one nurse who was very sweet and soothing during the process. I'd recommend Northtowns to anyone.

Northtowns Oral is not the cheapest place you'll ever visit for any kind of surgery, but as someone who hates everything around the process, I would highly recommend them for any dental work in the future. The staff was polite and friendly every step of the way, from the consult, to the surgery, and the post-op. Totally alleviated the fears I had throughout the whole process and felt next to nothing afterward. If I need any dental surgery in the future, I will absolutely come back.

My experience with the staff at the Tonawanda office has been truly frustrating with the exception of Gail at the front desk. I have never left a review but I feel obligated to share my experience. It almost seems like the staff TRY to be rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Ironically, it was like "pulling teeth" to get a simple question answered. Pretty disappointed.

Northtown Oral was the best Dental Exp. I have encountered and being someone with Dental Anxiety, the staff at Northtown in Tonawanda was very polite and professional from the time I walked in the door, I want to thank the entire staff for doing a outstanding job with me, If you need a Dental procedure done I highly recommend NorthTown Oral.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming when I first arrived. Was taken right in for my appointment. Had to have an implant put in never had ever had an pain or discomfort Dr Kemp was amazing

Northtown Oral was the best Dental Exp. I have encountered and being someone with Dental Anxiety, the staff at Northtown in Tonawanda was very polite and professional from the time I walked in the door, I want to thank the entire staff for doing a outstanding job with me, If you need a Dental procedure done I highly recommend NorthTown Oral.

Dr Kemp is truly a great MD...have some urgent surgical needs and she went to bat with the Insurance company for us. After Westermeir Martin tried to drain my bank account (hint: tons of commercials and employees family reviews dont make a great oral dr- notice the sudden reviews that are negative and they delete them-stay away) Northtowns has been nothing but excellent in their demeanor and attitude, and Dr Kemp at least really goes the extra mile..just dont forget, implants start at about 38k. And average 50k or more. (Full sets) but with any cosmetic surgery its never cheap and almost always worth the end result Beware of the other places offering free xrays and consults, nothings ever fr= and they tend to recommend slash and burn removals when many original teeth are well salvageable.
