I have only been here a few times because I switched dentists and I was really liking it. However, there were two times that I forgot I had an appointment and didn't come in. The first time, I called in and profusely apologized that I had forgotten. Life happens and the second occasion, I had Covid 19 which was scary enough and I definitely couldn't remember that I had an appointment on that occasion. I went to the mailbox today and received a letter from them saying that they will no longer see me due to this even though there have been other times I have been very faithful to come. My husband is a long time patient of theirs and there have been times he forgot to cancel as well so I am disappointed that I received this letter and they even went as far as telling me to find a new dentist. I have never heard of a dental clinic doing this and telling their patients to take their business elsewhere. I am also a Registered Dental Assistant and we had people at the clinic not show up sometimes and we understood because we knew that life happens. My husband will also probably not be back due to this. I apologize for forgetting my appointment this last time but I was a faithful patient. Disappointed would be an understatement.

We've been going to Northside Dental for 30 years! After Dr. Young retired, I decided to continue going, and use another dentist! I did just that! The worst thing I've ever done. The young Dr. Chambers wasn't hospitable at all! I got the feeling that he really didn't want to work on me! We had decided to change dentist! We're very happy about our decision.

I recently went here for the first time to get my teeth cleaned and examined. The front desk was very kind, helpful and patient. The lobby was clean and the environment was welcoming. I did not have to wait long. The staff and doctor was very friendly and professional. They made sure i was comfortable and answered all of my questions. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about everything i asked and gave me good advice about proper dental care. Will definitely be going here from now on for all of my dental care needs.

Today was my first visit and I loved it! The dental Hygienist, Charlotte took great care of my teeth and really took her time. I was very relaxed during everything and the office was so clean! My husband already goes here so I decided to come and try as well. Love this office! Will be back.

I recommend to go to Northside Dental Center on Highland Avenue for top notch supreme dental work and advice. I have used Dr. Hampson and Dr. Chambers through the decades with great results. A bonus is that the ladies there are all efficient, Spelling Bee Champions and Beauty Queens .... really.

I have had excellent dental care at Northside Dental Center. The staff is friendly and courteous and very prompt in their service. I have never had a wait for my hygienist. She is well prepared and makes sure I am comfortable. I love that she has a window to look out to see the weather, whether it be sunny, rainy or snowy. I always have a good experience.

Dentist failed to numb me enough for a filling because he was rushing and he knew it. I was in excruciating pain when I left the office. Receptionists can be snobby. New dental Latina assistant is great. An older lady did my teeth clean and was very rough and rude. I won't be returning.
