The mission of ONE Health Ohio is to improve the health and well-being of people in our communities by providing quality healthcare, particularly to the uninsured and underinsured. A variety of primary medical, dental and behavioral health services are available for our patients.
To do this, we proactively create partnerships to coordinate community-based care and develop innovative service delivery systems to ensure greater access to primary health, dental and behavioral health care for the medically uninsured and underinsured.
Since 1986, ONE Health Ohio (formerly known as Ohio North East Health Systems, Inc.) has been a mainstay in providing community healthcare. ONE Health Ohio is known as a leader in healthcare delivery because we are constantly responding to the changing needs of the community. Indeed, much has changed in healthcare since 1986. However, we remain committed to the tenets under which we were founded to provide access to quality medical and dental care services for all citizens living in the communities we serve.
ONE Health Ohio operates seven comprehensive health centers across Mahoning, Trumbull and Stark Counties and also operates four Outpatient Addiction Treatment centers. Our beautiful health centers are located in a town near you with convenient hours of operation.

If i could give zero stars i would this is my second time i have called did an appointment was very clear that i needed emergency dental work done and both times I was referred to people out of my network as well as when asked to see someone else they say call my insurance to figure out who I can see front staff are very kind and very helping but the doctors are horrible and very unkind

Distraught over computer malfunctions!! & how appts is scheduled . & how They process patients Appts . I like the dentist , but the front desk is something else. && rescheduling appt that was originally scheduled after my time doesn't sit well with me . Experience sucked !!! && they still too a patient while their systems were down, after explaining several times they couldn't take no patients
