An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Please dont give these people your money. They did 3 rootcanals that all temporaries came off within 3 days and wouldnt have me back in to redo the temporarys. I cant get the crowns right away so im afraid all that money will go to waste. They get paid way too much to be pulling this. But i guess they got my money. Dont let the friendly gals at the front fool you cuz they did me. Regretting ever going there. Hope this helps someone

I normally hate the dentist and have bad anxiety. My visit to Northshore Smiles gave me anything but anxiety. Everyone was friendly, kind and understanding. They even let my fiance come to the back to ease the anxiety I was having. I found my Knoxville dentist.

I am a 59 year old female who is a heavy tea and coffee drinker. I have had my teeth cleaned many times in the past but I must say that Megan, by far has done the best job that anyone has ever done. Her attention to detail and focus on every tooth is second to none. Thanks Ms. Jenkins, I will be back in 6 months.

I normally hate going to the dentist. However, I had some damage to my back molars that needed attention. I needed 2 crowns and a root canal. Never having had a root canal before, I was a little scared. Dr. Saison did a quick and amazing procedure. The receptionist team, including Jennifer were very pleasant. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and their overall quality of service so far! Thank you!

Went in as a new patient for a cleaning. Dr. Karishma Manji was fantastic! Very down to earth and knowledgeable. She communicated well enough for me to understand my dental needs and what steps I needed to take in order to have healthy teeth and gums. She was very compassionate, caring and sensitive about my, let's be honest, absymal oral hygiene routine. I felt very comfortable with her. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Manji!

Great place, I went to another dentist. The other dentist told me I needed 4,000.00 in work to my teeth. My mom told me about Northshore smiles. So I went to check them out. I was relieved to hear them tell me I didn't need that much work. They filled 6 teeth and done a descaling and teeth cleaning. They are perfect! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I can't stop smiling now.

Same story with the other customers. I came in for a cleaning as a new customer, moved out of state. Recently visited my previous dentist before moving, no gum issues. Northshore claimed I have early stages of gum disease and need one of their special non insurance covered cleanings. When I declined the service, explaining I wanted to learn more about it, there was a shift in energy from them. They finally ... reluctantly performed a traditional cleaning. This only consisted of a floss and polish. No plaque scraping or anything I have typically experienced in a cleaning before. Time to move on somewhere else...

I'm from out of state and needed a cleaning/check-up. I also had concerns about my wisdom teeth and some jaw pain. They tried to tell me that I have 6+ cavities, need prescription toothpaste, have gingivitis, and more. It's been 1.5 years since I went to my last dentist in my home state where I haven't had a cavity in years and always have good reports other than needing to floss more and get my wisdom teeth out. Northshore smiles told me I didn't have any wisdom teeth (despite my lower left one poking out and growing significantly in the past 4 months) and recommended that I massage my jaw and drink tea to lower stress. Don't waste your time going here & if you do, SEEK A SECOND OPINION!!

This is the worst dentistry I have ever been to in my 47 years of living. The receptionist was nice but the rest of the staffs energy was horrible. I went for a routine cleaning which I had had at another Dr in another state 6 months prior with no major issues. All of a sudden I have Paradontial Disease and I need to go to this specialist and that specialist...they even refused to do a cleaning saying that I need a special cleaning that costed around 250.00 out of pocket that day. It felt like I was at a car dealership. Honestly they didn't even deserve the one star I gave them. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Oh yes I was hit with the deep cleaning scam too.

This office is absolutely wonderful. I had a bridge done at Hickory Plaza Dental Group, near Nashville which is 4 hours away from home. My permanent bridge came off and they could not get me in until next week. Northshore Smiles got me in right away. Dr. Sucharitha Marneni took excellent care of me and she also adjusted my bridge. Also, the sweet lady that helped during this process... I think her name is Michelle... was also great! They went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of ! The whole experience was fantastic as well as the front office personnel! I would highly recommend this office for the excellent care I received from start to finish!
