Too much laughing and playing I came in with a bad tooth ache they had me sit and wait then get me to the back just to tell me it's time for the doctor to go can I make a appointment four days later at a time I couldn't make then I come back still in pain for the lady at the desk to tell me to make another appointment 10 days later then says she will ask the doctor and I waited 10 minutes listening to laughing I just walked off this place is a joke

I'm an older male, 47, that has had dental issues all my life. Thanks genetics! I have had the best experiences here out of any dental office I can remember ever being at. It starts from everyone up front to the doctors. This one issue I have been having has taken about five visits and each one everyone has been beyond nice, professional and done everything they could to get me taken care of at a price I could afford. I must also say Doctor Codjoe has magic hands. Last visit I had five shots, two teeth pulled and two ground down and zero pain. People, literally no pain. None the next day after either. One word: Amazing!!! She cares, the assistants care, so do the office staff and this guy for one appreciates it very much.

I have called a million times in the past 2 weeks because I have a chipped tooth that keeps getting worse & getting infected. No one picks up the phone or has me on hold for hours.

Had the most humiliating experience of my life here. I suffer from debilitating dental issues that stem from my autoimmune disorders and sheer luck of genetics and I've never been so disrespected by people who are supposed to work in healthcare. The dental assistant was a rather unpleasant woman to be around and I wouldn't trust her watching my cat yet alone handling the care of an actual human. Would not recommend.

The doctor and her assistant were nice, but the receptionist was rude. I've been to both this one and the portage one to get a tooth pulled out. I recommend the portage one more. I felt better taken care of and had no pain at the portage one. The lake station one has a long wait time then I felt very rushed once I got to actually see the dentist. Again the dentist was nice, but that's about it.

I've been going here for years- always a great experience. They really CARE about their patients and are so nice. I really don't like going to the Dentist Office normally but actually look forward to seeing the staff! xo

First "bad" review I'm giving this office, due to the Receptionist . Seems like she didn't know to much about was was going on at the time. I ending up leaving, without getting seen . My choice. Will not be going back to this location.

As per usual, I got an appointment, checked in online, and was promptly seen. Dr. Lovell listened to my concerns about my daughter and was willing to try to help her. I've also seen Charlotte Radic as my OB, and I couldn't have asked for a better professional to guide me through my pregnancy and delivery. I am grateful to have Northshore as my medical home.

DO NOT GO! My sister went here and everyone knows you are NEVER SUPPOSED TO PULL A TOOTH WITH AN ABSCESS. They gave my sister no antibiotics, pulled her tooth & later that night she was throwing up buckets of blood due to the infection leaking into her bloodstream. She spent one whole week in the hospital and Northshore has done nothing to rectify this situation since then. They are unskilled and unprofessional; if you care about your mouth health go to an urgent dental care instead!!!!!!

I would give this place a negative star if I could. I have Michigan Medicaid they do not except it I wa out of town n had a medical emergency . They asked for my cc for payment up front. I gave them my cc again several times during the visit and then when they finally gave a Rx they called me one more time back to the front desk to run my cc again. 2 weeks later I got 3 Bill's in the mail. This place is not for low income ppl. They will continue billing u. Go anywhere else

The visit started off well but ended terribly I had infection in my mouth due to a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled right away they gave me an antibiotic with a pain reliever the problem was the antibiotic wasn't strong enough to fight off the infection I called back in a few days later for them to tell me there wasn't anything they could do so I sat up in pain until the day came for my tooth to be pulled even thow I had a strong pain reliever that didn't help at all due to the low dosage of the antibiotic they prescribed me never going back there again the Dentist sucks and so does the Doctor office too
