Susanne had a career goal in mind where she set out to earn an Associate Art Degree in 1983 as well as 1 year in Mississippi College. She then honorably graduated second in her class of 1988, from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.
Dr. Susanne Core has moved close to her practice, in the beautifully landscaped Covington area, where she, her husband James L. Core and their son Marshall, care for their two cats, Toosie & Sammy. When Dr. Core is away from the office, and in between the continuous training courses, she enjoys sewing, and traveling with her husband, James. Theyve ventured through Honduras, Las Vegas, Canada, Alaska, Bahamas & Jamaica. Las Vegas, being her favorite vacation spot.
Susanne also serves as Childrens Ministry Director, Sunday School Teacher to 4-5 year old children, Music Teacher of grades 1-3, Church Council Member & Choir Member of the Red Bluff Baptist Church, in Folsom, LA.
When Dr. Susanne O. Core moved to Covington to design and build her practice here, she completed one year courses in Cosmetics, Orthodontics, and Implantology, as well as always continuing education and training courses; so she can integrate her new practice in a high-tech, Eco-friendly building with all these skill sets and an absolute passion for educating and caring for her patients in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Dr. Hepburn joined the team at Northshore Dental in July of 2018 and is excited to be treating patients of his home town. His goal is to provide comprehensive care, while keeping an exceptional bedside manner and comfortable atmosphere for his patients. He takes interest in establishing a personal relationship with his patients and helping them reach their desired goal.
Dr. Hepburn is a Mandeville native and a graduate of Saint Pauls High School, where he was a standout athlete. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences at Louisiana Tech University. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry, in 2011. After practicing for a few years in Baton Rouge, Dr. Hepburn decided to return home to be closer to family.

I used to love this place until I recently discovered from my new dentist (moved out of state) that the concerning feeling like my back molar was broken was due to my wisdom teeth removal here. My new dentist said it looks like my molar was chipped during the removal and now there's a huge hole in my molar that I'm going to have to spend money I don't have getting a crown, so thanks.

So glad I decided to go here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and Dr. Core is awesome. They completely explained everything even down to insurance and what was covered etc. for me. I have a good bit of mouth work I need done & they had me back the next day to start. I told Dr. Core I had a bad experience at another place during a root canal because I wouldn't numb properly and was in a lot of pain, she made sure I was completely numb & nothing was rushed. I've put it off for years because it gave me anxiety even thinking about getting anything fixed but I definitely feel a lot better about moving forward especially beings I need another root canal.

Had new patient appointments for my 4 children and myself and could not be happier. The dental hygienist Ashley took her time to explain everything she was doing before she did it, answered all of my questions, was very gentle, and super nice. Both dentists are just as friendly and thorough. And the insurance lady, Viviana, was so friendly and took time to explain everything in detail to make sure everything was understood. Will definitely be back.

Please read over your plan keep any plan that was change. In writing HARD COPY not verbal on receipt & plan changed. Ask question, explain it to you.... I had to ask for these by the Administration????? ... after up tonight send it over for review ..2nd opinion codes not right ... even charge me for a root canal! Iam not concern on getting correct & monies refunded!!! It will be handled accordingly.. But moving forward on reporting this operation.. no telling what has been happening to the older that do not understand their terminology. Made a honest mistake, going with them... Being reported @ recorded

Told my son has 2 cavities....They'll fill them for $200 each. Brought him to Louisiana Dental ....guess what ? NO CAVITIES! I won't be back Northshore Dental. Buh bye.

My wife went in today and had a few teeth pulled, she normally freaks out and is terrified but north shore dental is the first dentist she was comfortable and actually looking forward to going back! She's in little pain and they did excellent extractions! Highly recommended!
