I graduated from high school in Denver and went to college at Hawaii Pacific University. To fulfill my dream of becoming a dentist, I returned to the mainland and attended New York University College of Dentistry, to obtain my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I completed my general practice residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York.
Since graduation, I have attended the Engel Institute and the IADI Fellowship for advanced dental implant training. This high level of training and education enables me to offer the latest advances and technologies. I am also a member of several professional organizations that provide continuing education opportunities throughout the year, including:
I have been truly blessed with a family that means the world to me. My wife and I have a boy who is six years old now. Spending time with my family is most rewarding to me, but I also enjoy traveling when the opportunity presents itself.
Giving back to my community is also very important to me. Every year I go on a ten-day mission trip to provide services to children and adults who have little access to dental care. I consider it a privilege to help people to smile more, and gain such satisfaction from seeing so many smiles during my trips. Now that weve settled in Grand Rapids, I look forward to offering free dental service days to reach out to our community, too.

I have 3 wonderful children (2 girls and a boy) that help me take care of our several rescue cats, birds, a dog, and a tortoise. I love to travel to see my family in Canada and spend time with the kids and pets.
I have been applying my skills in serving the Grand Rapids community since. I take pride in working together with my patients to help them achieve their optimum oral health so they can feel confident about their smile.
I have been married to my husband John for 28 years, and together we have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. My family really means the world to me. I love the times when we are all together up at our cottage on the lake. Being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful summer weather are moments I hold close to my heart. I especially treasure our time together now, since both of them are in graduate school working towards their goals.

Super friendly and competent staff and dr. I think Dr. Suk Jun Yun was as happy for me to get my implants as I was. Highly recommend for affordable implants and dental care.

**disclaimer** they bribe you with a chance of winning a gift card by spinning a wheel as long as you leave them a 5 star review on google. Our family enjoyed going here for 4 years. I know you should remember every single appointment time- but it's standard practice in the dental industry to give one, two and even 3 appointment reminders. This office gives you a text reminder 12 hours before your appointment- then tries to charge you $50 for missed appointment, or they will require a deposit to reschedule. Our new dentist was shocked when I told them it'd been 6 months after they asked how long it's been since I've seen a dentist. Dental work went unnoticed and unresolved in this office. Unacceptable. The office staff used to be kind, professional and accommodating, however that has not been the case this past year. Beware.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and they work with you. I recently fell outside in a parking lot. Not only did I have a concussion but I also damaged my teeth. Dr Yun got me in that day and assured me that he would do everything he could to save my teeth. At the front desk Amber was amazing. She knew I was struggling so she took extra time to calm me down. She even called on the weekend to see how I was doing. Northpoint Drnta! has the personal family touch. I highly recommend them.

I cant praise this office enough, as soon as you walk in your greeted by the staff. I was in need of wisdom tooth extractions and sedation was a must. Process was painless. Amber walked me through the process and was great. Pam explained everything
