We wanted to pay them $1600 IN ADVANCE before moving forward with a crown. Times were tough so we would pay here and there. $100 shy of paying off the crown then scheduling the work they turned our account over to collection. I flipped out!!! I'm like "how can you turn me over for collection when I didn't even schedule the work yet"??? I am prepaying!!!!! Ok, so they without apology corrected the situation. Fast forward, they did the crown and it didn't fit. They did another mold of it and ordered it and that one didn't fit either. I went to their sister location in Roswell because I became fed up with this location.... Believe it or not multiple doctors and they never could get it to fit. I am not a dentist but if you can't get a crown to fit between another crown then do a bridge! To this day every time I eat anything it wedges between the two crowns and causes so much pressure or pain. I am done with dentists! Patient beware!!!

I made an appointment to be seen and no one called notified me that they were closed or out of business or have gone to Mars - nothing!! Just sat in my car for an hour to make a nonexistent appointment!! Terrible business!!

Well, what a day. I moved to the area recently and chose this practice due to location and my insurance (DMO). I even took the suggested "full mouth irrigation"... still not sure what that is, except something about bacteria in my gums. The assistant was great, the hygienist was ok, the issue is the dentist, Dr Bruno. After being in the chair for 2+ hours, I need to leave. Besides the fact that 2+ hours is way too long for a cleaning appointment, I had somewhere to be. Dr Bruno simply said that first time appointments can take up to 2 hours and that my appt was scheduled to last just 5 more minutes, at this point she hadn't examined me yet. I told her that I needed to leave in 5 minutes to be somewhere. Instead of any type of apology she said that I was being confrontational and that she didn't understand why. I would like to add that at this point the assistant had already apologized to me a number of times. Having moved to this area recently, I take comfort in the fact that I have other dental options available to me. Dr Bruno seems to think that her time is much more valuable than her patients, and I am still not sure what an $84 full mouth irrigation is. I have been to the dentist 2x a year for my entire teeth having life and I have never had such a rude and inconsiderate experience.

The word that comes to mind more than any is courteous. Every person I encountered was friendly and courteous and that really stood out to me. They have an old-school level of care that is absent in modern facilities. I'm happy I found them.

New job, had to change dental plans and went with a DMO. this office is on the list. corporate dental office that is clearly in business to milk insurance. was told I had all these periodontal issues and needed all sorts of special cleaning etc. I considered that strange as I have seen a dentists twice a year for 40 or more years and NONE of them mentioned it. as it turns out, my colleague went there and they told him the same story, even used the same words. first chance I had, changed plans, went to a local family dentist who could find no evidence of such problems. what a surprise.... Perhaps other of these corporate dentist would be OK but you will never get me into this office or other offices in this practice again. cant trust them

It's a dentist office I guess which works on commissions if you are able to sell some cleaning treatments to your patient. After examining they gave me a bill of $500 out of pocket for some deep cleaning, I felt the staff were acting as sales agent. I took the report and check with 2 other dentist office they said it was not required. Be careful and don't get attracted by the office

Dr. Shatz put me at ease, with his expert care. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable with a friendly staff. My treatment plan will take about one year. I know I will enjoy the process, the experience and most importantly the end results!

Dr. Bruno, Julia, Devin and Falesa made my experience a positive one. Dr. Bruno and Julia, showed me compassion and patience when my dental pain led to tears. My crown looks very natural and I am 100% happy with my results. If you have questions about the practice, I would be happy to answer them.

I was a new patient. My first cleaning appointment was fine. Future exchanges with two dentists and their support staff revealed that this is not a well-managed practice. I would highly recommend evaluating other providers. I won't recommend

Started going here back in 2013. In 5 years there have been at least 3 different dentists here. Last time I went there I overheard a guy from corporate on the phone discussing how they were going to fire a woman at another location because she wasn't making her numbers. Big red flag. ChiChi kept telling me I had to have these $500 deep cleanings and come every 3 months. I thought something was strange when I saw a different hygienist who told me my gums looked great. I haven't been there since January and just saw a dentist and a periodontist at a different practice who both said my gums were good. Stay away unless you want to throw away your money and you like having your gums needlessly tortured!
